MAIA'S POV

I woke up thinking what I've done. What was I think when I was making out with Ross a little too far and calling him my boyfriend again? Was I high on something? I mean don't get me wrong I want to be with Ross so much but I'm scared. I'm scared that it won't work out with us again and we'll just fall apart like we did before. Also everyone's going to know about it if we tell them and if something happens it's going to be like well there you go again Ross and Maia broken up again. I don't want that to happen and I don't want to loose touch with him but three weeks are going to pass by like nothing and once I go back I'm going to miss him like crazy and FaceTiming isn't the same. But I really hope we can work something out. I want to be with Ross again because I missed him like crazy although I didn't really show it at first when I came. The minute I saw him pull out the garbage I was going to run up to him but then Cameron came along and Ross went back inside. Then I found out he was smoking so I got all mad at him but he better not continue even though he's still hot doing it. I don't want to loose Ross.

"What's wrong aussie?" Ross hugs me in bed
"I don't want to loose you Ross" I whisper
"You won't I promise I'm going to be by your side" Ross sits up and I lay on his lap.
"I know it's just I don't know" I look at him
"Maia I love you" he plays with my hair
"I love you too" I reach out and peck his lips
"You know I should go back home before anyone suspects anything" he gets up
"You probably want your shirt back" I giggled
"You can keep it but I'm taking my hat I'll just jump your window and hop my fence" he grabs his hat and gives me one more kiss until he sneaks out of my house.

When he gets to his house he goes up to his room and slides the window.

"Thank you" I smile
"For what?" He questions
"For being with me tonight" I blush
"I'd do it any day of the week" he smiles
"My parents are here I'll call you later"
I get dressed and go downstairs

"Good morning" I said to my parents.

There was something going on. They weren't themselves today. They had a different look on there faces. A strange one.

"What's going on?" I asked
"We have some news to tell you Maia and please wait for the questions after we are done talking" my dad makes me sit down.
"Do you have any idea what they're talking about?" I whisper to Maddie and Charlie.
"No" they whispered

"Okay kids I want you guys to know that I love you all. Me and your mother are going to be getting divorced" my dad looks at mom
"What?! How? Why!" Maddie, Charlie, and I started fuzz
"Look! Save the questions for last!" My father shouted
"Your father and I aren't happy with each other and this has been going on for sometime so we have to divorce" my mother sighed
"Can't you just talk about it? Why are you guys doing this!" Charlie yelled. He began to cry so I held him in my arms
"I cheated on your mother! I'm sorry that's why we have to get divorced" my father shouted.
I glared at my father and shook my head at him. Maddie got my hand.

"Why would you do that to our mom! What she wasn't good enough for you? Who did you possibly find that's better than her. You got married is that right?! You made a vow that you would always be there for her! You've been with three women now! No offense Maddie I love you and it's not your fault it's all his" I yelled
"I was glad I found my father but really after I begin being in this family and everything you did this to us! After you get divorced I'm going staying with Charlie, Maia, and mom. Yeah mom because she asks like one" Madd got up and crossed her hands
"Anything else you've got to tell us?" Charlie and I got up as well
"I'm getting married with the woman I've been with for a year now her name is Tamara and actually your mother and I have already signed the divorce papers and we are turning them in today" he said gladly. He didn't give a damn about us! All this time I thought he changed but he didn't.
"So where were you yesterday then?" I asked
"We dropped Charlie off at his friends house and went to talk to our lawyers" my mother came to hug is
"I'm sorry you have to go through this" Madd walked to her room and slammed the door.

Charlie frowned at my dad "goodbye Alex" Charlie called him by his name which he knew it would get him upset but he ran off to his room and dashed the door.

"Look what you've caused to this family. I didn't come from Australia to hear what's been going on when I was gone, I came to spend time with you guys but that wasn't a good idea at least I've got my friends and some of my family" I ran upstairs and was the third to slam the door and lock it.

I burst to tears in my room. Everything they've told me about being a happy family is just one big lie! In the past year they said they were doing great. Loving each other was fake. How could they do this to us? They told us they wouldn't keep secrets from us! How many others do they have? How many does my father have that he hasn't told us?!

'I'll always be by your side' is something Ross always told me. It popped in my head.

Soon I heard a knock on my window. I opened up and he fell inside my room.

"The climb is sketchy but what's wrong" Ross saw me cry even more but I covered my face.
"Come here" Ross hugged me tightly and kissed my forehead
"My parents are about to get divorced and my father is getting married to some lady he barley told us about. He hates us" I cried in his shirt
"That's awful Maia! I'm here for you why don't we lay on your bed and try to calm downs bit" he sat next to me and kept me in his safe warm arms. He began to sing quietly and I closed my eyes. His beautiful voice faded and faded away.
