I was in bed with my siblings, and my little sister was scared to go back to sleep, so I asked her.
Adalie: Hey, can't sleep?
Sally: No, I don't wanna sleep.
My dreams are scary...
Adalie: Yeah, I know it is, but dreams that are scary don't mean that they are scary unless you keep thinking about it.
You can just think of good things when you sleep
Sally: Do you have scary dreams?
Adalie: Yeah...

Because scary dreams are just your negative emotions trying to best you as long as dreams aren't scary anymore
