66(.5) Bonus Chapter

This is a bit of a filler/random bonus chapter. Mainly because I forgot to mention it was Hunter's birthday before Thanksgiving in the previous chapter lol It's nothing really important to the storyline and shorter but I wanted to add it in.

Bonus Chapter-Hunter's 19th Birthday

November 11th

"1...2...3" Frankie, Kevin and Emily whispered as they counted together.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" The three screamed out.

Popping confetti and shouting as Frankie strummed a chord on her electric guitar. The sound coming out through her amp.

Scaring the hell out of Hunter as he flung himself out of her bed. Landing face first on the floor.

"The hell was that for?" He questioned his friends as he raised his voice.

"We just wanted to wish you a happy birthday." Kevin said with an impish smirk.

As grumpy as Hunter appeared to be, he was also very touched that his friends did this for him.

After he fully got around he came down the stairs. Seeing the large breakfast displayed on the countertop. A huge stack of pancakes in the center. 19 candles placed evenly upon it.

His grin flashed as he turned to hug the three friends. Giving Frankie a kiss on the forehead as he thanked her quietly last.

The group heard a honk come from outside. Hunter turned back to see Frankie fighting a nervous smile. Making him somewhat nervous as well.

"Why don't you go see what it is?" She suggested.

He raised a brow in confusion at her but was now curious. Heading to the front door as the three followed closely behind him.

Stopping as he saw Morgan smiling and leaning against an old muscle car with his arms folded.

"What is this?" Hunter asked quietly. Unsure if what he thought was going on was truly happening. There's no way he got him a car.

"I know it's not as fancy as yours but it's still a Challenger after all." Morgan started out. "It's been in the garage for ages. It runs good but could use a tune up and obviously a good washing."

Hunter stared bewildered at him. Slowly shaking his head as he couldn't accept a full on car from his girlfriend's dad. No matter how cool he thought it was.
