December-last Friday before winter break

For the next few weeks Frankie had been putting as much distance between herself and Skip as she could. Per Hunter's 'request'.

She had no idea why she was actually listening to him. Never letting a guy control anything she did before. But something about this was different. She craved anything Hunter had to give her.

She hungered for his touch and has not yet received anymore than the spit from his own mouth weeks ago. She hasn't said more than two words to Hunter since that day. He would tease her from time to time by rubbing on her as he walked by or whisper taunting words in her ear. She tried to hide how much she loved it.

He was feeling high off of his own actions too. He longed for Frankie. Wanting to feel her wrapped around him. Sick of hearing Skip and the others talk about her over the years. Like they knew anything about her or deserved to feel her touch. Hunter knew that was now reserved for himself.

He saw Frankie throughout the halls today. Unable to get a chance to speak to her. Only hearing her voice one time when her friend Kendall thanked her for wearing a skirt with her to school today.

Hunter finding himself thanking Kendall in his mind for the first time. He couldn't help himself from looking at Frankie any chance he got throughout the day. Never impatiently wanting it to be 6th period more than today so he could be sitting next to her in that outfit. And getting a close up look at her legs.

Last period was about to start for the day, meaning Hunter was going to get his wish. He ran off down the hall to get to World History as fast as he could. Practically flying there.

He took off to find their spot in the back. Yearning to see Frankie walk in. Soon seeing her arrive with blanket and snacks in hand. It was movie day in World History. Most students now bringing in blankets, pillows, snacks and drinks on Friday's.

They were learning about World War II. So that meant lots of war movies. Frankie finding it hard to sleep through constant gun fire. Unlike the rest of their classmates that had no problem passing out at their tables. Not minding the loud noises.

She took her spot to the left of Hunter as she could tell he had been watching her every little movement of the day. Setting her ice water and bag of Twizzlers on the desk. Unfolding her blanket to wrap around herself like just about everyone else in class. Pulling it around her shoulders from the back.

The loud booming of the projector screen drowning out Hunter's groaning. Only Frankie hearing the strange noise escape his throat. She turned and gave him a quizzingly look. Confused why he just did that.
