Starstruck-Rainbow
Alan Sylvester surprised most by keeping true to his word. Or tried to at least.
After leaving the Sullivan's after enjoying the rest of Christmas Eve with his son and his girlfriend's family, he went straight home. Well prepared to kick his estranged wife out of his home.
Only when he got home to do it, he noticed Holly sitting on the couch. As if she was waiting for him and this moment to happen. All he said was it was time to leave and with a suspicious looking smile Holly agreed.
Standing from the couch with her packed belongings. Not putting up even fight as Alan expected should would.
Holly stood up and grabbed her bags. Pushing past him as she walked out.
He felt bittersweet about it. Relieved to know that she was going to be gone once again from their lives. His son not having to worry about her anymore. But he knew she never cared for himself. She played him over the last couple months of being here. Like she did their entire marriage.
His ears perked up as he heard the familiar sound of Hunter's car engine roar. He ran outside to see her driving off in it.
"Shit!"
He quickly ran back inside to inspect what else may have went with her. Seeing his gold watches missing. Anything valuable of his completely gone.
"Yeah, yeah okay I'll let them know. Thanks again Wayne." Morgan said over the phone.
"What was that all about?" Frankie asked curiously.
Morgan explained that the cops received another phone call from Hunter's house. Something about a reported robbery. Wayne knew he wasn't suppose to say anything but he wanted to let the family friends know.
"A robbery? Is she seriously making another false police report?" Hunter scoffed out. Surprised to see the lengths his mother was going to.
"Can't she get arrested for this shit now?" Frankie questioned. Hoping she would.
"Actually, Wayne said it was a male who called this time."
Frankie and Hunter's eyes went wide at Morgan's words.
"My dad called them?"
Frankie and Hunter wasted no time grabbing her truck's keys and running out the door. Taking off to the Sylvester household.
Pulling up to it to see a police vehicle pulling away.
Hunter ran inside with Frankie quickly following behind. Both seeing Alan, sitting on the couch with his head in his hands.
The couple shrugged at each other as they couldn't tell what happened. Everything seemed to be okay inside the house.
"Uh dad?"
Alan jumped slightly, as he didn't hear the pair enter the house or room.
"Shit! Sorry I didn't see you two standing there."
