The past few weeks had been peaceful, without my moms contact, we had finished decorating the nursery with the help of Ami and Oli because I had been pretty sick but I was feeling better now. I was in my second Trimester now and the twins were growing quickly and so was my stomach, so it was pretty hard to fit into a lot my clothes now, especially my jeans, it was time to go maternity shopping. We would get the babies' genders at the end of this month and they were due towards the end of March, but knowing my luck, they'd be premature.
Demi had made pancakes for breakfast and it was the first thing I could completely finish for the first time in days, it felt good being able to eat a full meal without morning sickness following after. "you ready to go, love?" Demi said, wrapping her arms around me from behind and kissing me softly on my neck. I caressed the back of her head and nodded and I could feel her smiling against my skin. Ever since I the morning sickness got easier she had been all over me and it didn't bother me one bit. I had missed her touch and now I realised how much she had missed it too. "okay" she huffed standing up straight "let's go"
