Taehyung went out of The Bangtan HQ and went in his car to Kim Enterprises, his company he kept thinking about the party the Jeon's were hosting, his heart raced in excitement at thought of seeing Jennie again, he soon reached his company and everyone bowed he made his way to his cabin and took out a cigarette from his pocket and lit it up with a lighter As the smoke from the lit cigarette filled the air around him, Taehyung leaned back in his leather chair, deep in thought. His mind was consumed by thoughts of Jennie and the idea of seeing her again but soon he took out his laptop and started his work.
A week later
As Taehyung sat at the conference table, awaiting the start of the meeting, he couldn't help but feel a mix of anticipation and nervousness. It had been a week since he last saw Jennie, and he couldn't get her out of his mind. Her presence had an undeniable effect on him, and he found himself eager to see her again.
As luck would have it, the door to the meeting room opened, Mr. Jeon walked in, and to Taehyung's delight, Jennie was right beside him. She looked as stunning as ever, with her elegant suit and radiant smile. Taehyung's heart skipped a beat at the sight of her, and he couldn't help but steal a quick glance before composing himself.
As Mr.Jeon greeted everyone, "Good afternoon, everyone. This is my daughter, Jennie as you may know her as she took care of the last meeting. She'll be joining us for the meeting today."
Taehyung looked at Jennie, admiring her beauty, "Miss Jeon, nice to see you again."
He was trying to hide the excitement that surged within him. He was grateful that she was there, he wondered how she would react after their last encounter.
"Its nice to see you again too Mr Kim."
Throughout the meeting, Taehyung found it challenging to concentrate on the discussions. He kept stealing glances at Jennie, admiring her intelligence and poise as she contributed to the conversation. There was an undeniable chemistry between them.
As the meeting came to an end, her dad came closer to Jennie and whispered something in her ear and she hesitated and he could read her lips saying 'I don't want to' he could see her father trying to convince her and then she finally nodded her head. As the meeting ended and everyone started to leave, Jennie approached Taehyung.
"Mr Kim Do you have a second?"
"Sure what is it, Miss Jeon."
Jennie fiddled with her fingers, "Actually My family and I are hosting this party and my brother wanted me to invite you. He says he knows you."
Taehyung's lips curled into a playful smirk as he leaned in slightly, as she looked up at him, his eyes locking with Jennie's.
"Well, it looks like your brother has excellent taste. I must admit, I would be honoured to attend a party hosted by the beautiful Jeon Jennie."
Jennie's cheeks flushed at Taehyung's flirtatious remark, but she couldn't help but smile.
"Smooth talker, huh?"
Taehyung chuckled, enjoying the playful banter between them.
"Only when I'm around someone as captivating as you."
Jennie tried to hide her growing blush, but her heart couldn't deny the flutter of excitement at Taehyung's words.
"So, will you come?"
Taehyung looked up at her, noticing her cheeks growing red. "Of course, I wouldn't miss it for the world. By the way, when is it?"
"Next week."
"I will be there."
"Then I will see you then if you will excuse me."
As Jennie left the room Taehyung couldn't help but smile at how flustered she was ,as he awaited the day of the party with anticipation.
