I found it nearly impossible to concentrate on the meeting with Taehyung sitting across from me. His presence was distracting, his features too captivating to be ignored. At one point, our eyes met, and I quickly averted my gaze, feeling a rush of embarrassment and flustered nerves.

From the subtle smirk I sensed on his face, it was evident that he noticed my fleeting stare.

Throughout the meeting, Taehyung's gaze seemed to linger on me more than on the business matters at hand. It was as if he could read the lingering effect he had on me, and his subtle smirks only fueled my embarrassment. I tried my best to focus on the discussions, contributing when necessary, but the magnetic pull between us was hard to ignore.

As the meeting approached its end, Taehyung leaned over and whispered, "Are you always this distracted during business discussions, or is it just my irresistible charm?"

I felt a blush creeping up my cheeks, caught off guard by his bold comment in such a formal setting. I nudged him playfully, attempting to regain my composure. "You wish, Mr. Kim. Let's focus on the meeting, shall we?"

Taehyung chuckled, his eyes holding a mischievous glint that hinted at the playful banter yet to come.

As the meeting ended and everyone started leaving and I stopped Jennie, I couldn't help but revel in the playful banter with Jennie. There was a magnetic pull between us that transcended the formalities of the boardroom. I leaned back in my chair, watching as she gracefully led the executives out, her presence commanding attention.

Jennie returned to her seat, and the air between us crackled with a tension that was both exhilarating and nerve-wracking. I decided to continue our playful exchange, leaning in slightly. "You know, you're quite the distraction, Ms. Jeon. I might have to schedule more business meetings if it means getting to see you flustered."

She shot me a mock glare, her eyes dancing with a mixture of embarrassment and amusement. "Mr. Kim, I assure you, your charms have no effect on my professional focus."

I chuckled, the playful banter weaving a comfortable atmosphere around us. "Oh, is that so, Ms. Jeon? I guess I'll have to work harder to impress you."

Jennie raised an eyebrow, a challenge gleaming in her eyes. "Good luck with that, Mr. Kim. I'm not easily swayed."

I couldn't help but chuckle once more before rising from my seat. Placing my hands on either side of her chair, I leaned in closer to her ear, a mischievous glint in my eyes. "Don't worry, sweetheart. I have my ways to sway you."

Glancing at her flustered expression, a satisfied smirk played on my lips as I made my exit. The lingering tension between us hinted at a dynamic that extended beyond the confines of the meeting room.
