🙌🍀🪐 Confidence is quiet. It comes from evidence.
Arrogance is loud. It comes from insecurity.
The people who know the least yell the loudest.
They need to convince everyone, including themselves, that they belong.
The people who are most prepared, who actually know a thing or two, tend to speak softly.
If you've done the work-the research, reading, thinking, training-then you gain true confidence.
It's not about outward posturing. It's an inside game.
True confidence and doubt can coexist. A bit of discomfort, perhaps even some impostor syndrome, is often a sign that you're on the right track.
True confidence is about learning to take your doubts for the ride-again, because you've done the work.
Anyone can sit on the sidelines and yell this and that.
But stepping into the arena requires confidence.
