Steve takes off on his motorcycle.

In the Smithsonian Museum, there is an exhibit dedicated to Captain America.

"A symbol to the nation. A hero to the world. The story of Captain America is one of honor, bravery, and sacrifice." The Smithsonian Narrator says

Steve, keeping his face hidden under a baseball cap, walks over to the exhibition.

"Welcome to the Smithsonian. Visitor information booths are available on the second level." The woman on the pa says

"Denied enlistment due to poor health, Steven Rogers was chosen for a program unique in the annals of American warfare. One that would transform him into the world's first super soldier."

A boy recognizes him, Steve smiles and puts his finger against his mouth to indicate for the boy to keep quiet and the boy nods, Steve then watches an old footage of himself.

"Old Footage Recording: In this rare footage, everyone's favorite warrior, Captain America..." The Smithsonian Narrator continues

Steve goes to the display where there are mannequins with costumes of Steve's old commando squad.

"Battle-tested, Captain America and his Howling Commandos quickly earned their stripes. Their mission, taking down HYDRA, the Nazi rogue science division." The Smithsonian Narrator says

Steve walks over to the display of his friend Bucky Barnes.

"Best friends since childhood, Bucky Barnes and Steven Rogers were inseparable on both schoolyard and battlefield. Barnes is the only Howling Commando to give his life in service of his country." The Smithsonian Narrator says

Steve approaches his brother's display, there wasn't much on him, years ago they had his uniform, his weapon, and a picture, but it was empty. All that was left was a small podium.

"Sloan Rogers, twin brother to Steven Rogers. Rogers was previously a school teacher before he was honorably drafted into the US Army. Records show that Captain America wasn't the only hero in the family, with the elder taking down base after base before his unfortunate disappearance in 1945. Sloan Rogers was declared dead in 1951 when his case went cold." The Smithsonian Narrator says, the display going dark.

Whip & Fiddle/1944

Sloan sat alone at the bar, head ducked down as he nursed a glass of whiskey. "You don't look so good." A deep Canadian accent says

Sloan lifts his head and he meets the gaze of an old army comrade. "Last few nights back home before we are sent back. Not exactly feeling good. How about you Logan? Excited to jump back into the jaws of death?" Sloan asks

Logan chuckles, sitting down beside him. "What are you having?" Logan asks

Sloan looks down at his glass, humming, "I don't know, I asked the bartender to give me the strongest drink they had. I can never seem to get drunk though." Sloan says with a small hum. "me either, seems to be wired into my genes, no matter what I drink I am walking the straight line.....You don't have anyone waiting for you back home?" Logan asks

Sloan hums. "Nope. Parents dead, brother traveling the world, and no girl. I am all alone." Sloan says "What? I don't believe that. A pretty fella like you and no girl." Logan teases

Sloan looks up from his glass and he offers him a small smirk. "What about you Mr. Howlett?" Sloan asks "No one to account for, but I am a bit of a lone wolf." Logan says
