Back at the Avengers headquarters.
"He's all over the globe. Robotics labs, weapons facilities, jet propulsion labs, reports of a metal man, or men, coming in and emptying the place." Sloan says, peering down at his iPad as his software analyzes the database, searching for Ultron.
"Fatalities?" Steve asks, approaching his brother.
"It seems only when engaged. Mostly guys left in a fugue state going on about old memories, worst fears, and something too fast to see." Sloan muses, describing the twins. Steve sighs. "Maximoffs. Well, that makes sense he'd go to them, they have someone in common." Steve says
"Well, not anymore." Sloan states and he hands Steve his tablet, showing a photo of Strucker's dead body with the word PEACE written in blood on the wall next to him.

Steve gathered the rest of the team, standing beside his brother as he showed them the photo of Strucker's body.
"What's this?" Tony asks, taking the tablet from him.
"A message. Ultron killed Strucker." Steve says, earning a humorless chuckle, "And he did a Banksy at the crime scene, just for us." Tony says
"This is a smokescreen. Why send a message when you've just given a speech?" Natasha asks, peering over Stark's shoulder.
"Strucker knew something that Ultron wanted us to miss." Sloan says "Yeah, I bet he..." Bruce trails off, sighing as he looks up from the computer monitor. "Yep. Everything we had on Strucker has been erased."
"Not everything." Tony says, an idea popping in his head.

The team goes through the physical files they have on Strucker. "Known associates. Well, Strucker had a lot of friends." Steve says
"Well, these people are all horrible." Banner says "Wait. I know that guy." Tony says
Banner passes him the photo he was looking at. "From back in the day. He operates off the African coast, black market arms." Tony says
Steve gives him an accusing look.
"There are conventions, alright? You meet people, I didn't sell him anything, Sloan you recognize him? You were with me when I went." Tony says, motioning to the photo, Sloan peers over his shoulder and down at the photo, Ulysses Klaue.
"I do, and thanks by the way." Sloan shoots him a look when he feels his brother's accusing look. Tony shrugs. Sloan sighs, taking the photo. "He was talking about finding something new, a game changer, it was all very Ahab." Sloan states with a small shrug.
Thor points to the scar on the back of Klaue's neck.
"This." Thor says "Uh, it's a tattoo. I don't think he had it..." Tony says "No, those are tattoos, this is a brand." Thor says
Banner identifies the brand on Klaue's neck on the computer. "Oh, yeah. It's a word in an African dialect meaning thief, in a much less friendly way." Banner says
"What dialect?" Steve asks
"Wakanada...? Wa...Wa...Wakanda." Banner says with struggle. "If this guy got out of Wakanda with some of their trade goods..." Tony says
"I thought your father said he got the last of it?" Sloan asks "I don't follow. What comes out of Wakanda?" Banner asks
Looking at Steve's shield. "The strongest metal on earth." Tony says.
"Where is this guy now?" Steve ask.
