"Lady Vanessa, are you sure this raging wind isn't your doing?" Kuni asked as he let the Falcon rest on his forearm.
"Yes, I am sure. If it really was me then I would have to answer to Barbatos." The talking bird answered.
"We tried Andrius already, so there's no way it's him, and since it's also not you... I guess that leaves us with Dvalin...."
"Thank you for your assistance, Lady Vanessa. I will get going now." He nodded and watch as the Falcon flew away.
"Kazuha and Heizou are the one that's going to ask the dragon, I wonder if they know already if it's him or not" Kuni moves his gaze to the ruins of Old Mondstadt.
Dvalin shook his head. "I am sorry, but there's nothing I can do"
"But you're the dragon of wind! Surely you can at least make the wind a little less aggressive?" Heizou protested.
"If the wind is not created by me then I have no power to control it."
"So it works like that huh?" Kazuha mummers and put a hand on his chin.
"So... If it's not you then who is causing such life threatening breeze?" Heizou asked.
"I couldn't possibly know, after all I'm always in the sky so I really can't feel the aggressive wind." Dvalin answered.
"Oh, so you're useless" Heizou straightforwardly said. "HAH?!" Kazuha gasped at Heizou.
"....." Dvalin stared at Heizou quietly and shocked.
"IM SORRY IM SORRY IM SORRY IM SORRY!!" Kazuha apologized a million times while bowing down. Heizou realised his mistake and covered his mouth with wide eyes.
"Oh god! Bad mouth! Bad mouth! Why did I say that?!" Heizou silently scolded himself.
"No, no it's true. I haven't been doing much other than fly around. I'm quite useless" Dvalin said with a low voice.
"Is he really venting to us right now?" Heizou whispered to Kazuha. "Shush Heizou! You did enough!" Kazuha shushed him.
"It's ok, Lord Dvalin. We are here to listen to your problems" Kazuha patted Dvalin on the head.
"Thank you, boy. I can't thank you enough." And after that he started telling them his problems and how sad and lonely he has been waiting for Barbatos all this time.
"How long is this going to take?" Heizou rested his face in his palm, sitting down on the floor.
"Hey, I'm here! Found anything yet?" He could hear Kunikuzushi's voice not far from them.
"Kuni! Finally you're here! Ugh it feels likes it's been forever!" Heizou cheerfully greeted him with a smile.
"We seperated for like, an hour?" Kuni confussingly said.
"Exactly! Too long!"
"Uhuh... Whatever" Kuni rolled his eyes and walk to Dvalin and Kazuha.
"Hello Lord Dvalin, how are you doing?"
"Nice to see you again Kunikuzushi."
"Ughhhh.... It's been hours and we still have no clue what the hell is causing this wind" Heizou groaned while laying on the ground.
"Oh please, as if you did anything to help." Kuni rolled his eyes.
"I did help!" He protested.
"Yea, helped by being a nuisance!"
"Come on guys, stop fighting." Kazuha interrupts.
"Hmph!" Both Inazuman puffed out their cheeks.
Kazuha sighed. Really? Fighting right now?
"I never thought this could be so stressful!" Kuni dropped flat onto the bed.
"I know it is but hey, at least we know it's not the Four Winds?" Kazuha tried to reassure.
"You realise that just means it might be more serious than we thought?" Kunikuzushi raised an eyebrow and looked at Kazuha dead in the eye.
"Uhm..."
"Exactly, so shut up" he said before stuffing his face into a pillow.
The wind picked up again. Kunikuzushi's hair slapped heizou at the back of his head.
"OW!"
"How come the wind is present in the domain?" Kazuha asked himself.
"Hey, this wind is more aggressive than before" Heizou pointed out. Kuni raised his head and widened his eyes.
Could it be?!
"Guys! Get your lazy asses up! We're going to follow the direction of the wind!"
"I don't see where this is going." Heizou complained. Kuni sent an electro particle on his way.
"Oi! That hurts!"
"That was the intention. Anyway stop whining!" He glared at Heizou. Heizou glared at the puppet and stuck his tongue out.
"You two can't stop fighting, can you?"
"They reached Starsnatch cliff. The wind lead us here, but where is the source?" Kuni looked around.
"Finally....." A whisper of the wind was heard.
An anemo symbol glowed at the very end of the cliff. The wind picked up even harder.
The three anemo boys covered their faces of the unforgiving breeze.
"Protect... Him...."
The anemo symbol shrunk in size into something like a wisp? Fairy? Let's go with fairy. And then transformed into a human figure with angelic wings. And then turned into a human figure but without wings.
And then turned back into the human with angelic wings.
The figure stopped glowing and then dropped to the ground. "MASTER!" They all yelled out.
The all ran to the archon that was gaining back his strength. The all stopped beside him.
"Master, are you alright?" Kazuha put a hand on his back.
They couldn't see his face since he was facing the ground. He looked up and looked at them.
They covered their mouth as their eyes widened.
Barbatos had one of his eyes black and cracks on his face.
"What... What am I doing here?" He asked.
He looked at his arms which is now covered in cracks as well.
"Wha.... What happened.... To me?" He asked. He didn't like how he looked like. Morax probably won't as well.
He looked like a monster.
"My children, are all of you safe?" He turned to them and gave a small smile.
The three of them stared at him with wide eyes. He tilts his head. "Why are you all looking at me like that?"
Suddenly all three of them teared up and instantly hugged him. "MASTER!!"
Kuni sobbed "I'm- I'm so glad! So glad you're back!"
"We missed you so much!" Kazuha said with tears rolling down his face.
"Oh dear.... It seems as if I was gone for long..."
"Not too long.... But still long!" Heizou cried."I am sorry......" He patted them.
"It's alright Master. You're here now" Kazuha reassure while still hugging Barbatos.
There is no need to worry anymore as the wind has returned.
