October 19 (Day 19: Habit)

Balance have feather wings since his first death. Unbalance have demon like wings since his first death. They gain these wings by  dying and then reviving in the their original universe. Balance wings start to molt and need Unbalance's help.

Balance was walking around the village checking on the other balancers. Nether Balance notice that there was feathers on the ground. He pick one up and notice it was pure white. He followed the trail leading to Balance.

Nether Balance: "Balance!"

He turn around to face Nether Balance.

Nether Balance: "Why are there feathers falling from you?"

Balance notice that Nether Balance have one of his feathers and realize he was molting. He teleport to where Unbalance is and then teleport them to his house. They were in the living room. Balance let out his feather wings while Unbalance does the same.

Balance: "It's that time of the year."
Unbalance: "Feather molting?"
Balance: "Yes."

They sit down on the couch and Unbalance begin to preening Balance's wings

Balance: "I hope Nether does not tell the others about him finding my feathers."
Unbalance: "He found them on the ground?"
Balance: "Yes."
Unbalance: "Balance, your were walking around while your wings were molting! I thought that we were keeping our wings a secret!"
Balance: "I got distracted with everything and I did not keep track of the days."
Unbalance: "We will have to explain to them on how we got our wings."
Balance: "It will not be fun."

Unbalance continues to preen Balance's wings. He was getting sleepy because it make him relax.

Unbalance: "Almost done."
Balance: "You better (yawn) be done."

Unbalance finished preening him and tuck his demon wings back into his shirt. He get off the couch and lay Balance there. He walk out of his house and Equality scares him, his wings pop out.

Equality: "Why did not tell me that you or Balance have wings."
Unbalance: "It's a habit that I help Balance preen his wings in secret."
Nether Balance: "That is interesting. I wonder how you two got your wings."
Unbalance: "We will tell everyone when Balance wakes up."

They left him, and he keep his wings out of his shirt, while he walk back to his home.
