Rain patters. The forecast didn't say it would rain tonight. Seungmin gazed out the huge glass windows. "Can you still leave even though it's drizzling?"

Daya who was appreciating his side profile with the patters of the rain being a natural melody to her ears, shook her head. "No". She wanted to stay with him, anyway, so maybe the sudden rain was in her favour.

Seungmin looked towards her and that look almost made Daya fold. She stared back at him, heart thumping at a really slow pace. "Really?. We better hurry back then. I'm cold", he honestly informed, getting up.

Daya mirrored his actions, holding her bag's sling in her hand. She politely pushed her chair back in, sparing a quick glance at the champagne still sitting in her flute. Oh well. She wrapped her slender fingers around it and chugged it down.

It would have been a waste. Tsk.

She dropped the glass, arching a slow brow at Seungmin's stare. The boy shook his head and walked away first. Daya groaned quietly but rushed after him, her heels clicking softly with her little hops.

Seungmin stepped back from the door when Jimin suddenly appeared from nowhere. "Son of a.. gun. You scared me!"

Jimin flicked a strand of hair away from his eyes. "Manners, boy", he looked behind him and smiled at an equally frightened Daya. "Are you leaving?"

Instead of Daya replying, Seungmin did. "What else does it look like we are doing?"

Mmh. We.

Jimin nodded, wiggling his brows and stepping away for the two to pass. "Have a good night"

Seungmin ignored him, walking straight out the door while Daya bowed with a smile, wishing him a good night too.

She is so good to be true. How did she end up with that arrogant puppy. Jeez.

Jimin clicked his tongue quietly and quickened his steps into his now empty restaurant floor. "Yah, Seonghwa!"

"Yes, sir?", Seonghwa rushed out of the staff only room, with his mouth full with cake.

He really ate it without Jimin. His boss. The older boy sighed in exasperation. He is so done with these boys. "Seungmin is done here so lift the rented out sign and call back the workers, quick"

"On it, sir", Seonghwa muffled out, running towards the door.

"And wipe your goddamn lips, this child!"

"Sure, hyung!", Seonghwa said with a chuckle, leaving the space to go about his errand.

Jimin clapped his hands together, flapped his apron out and put it on, tying the strings behind him. Now that the apparent heir was done, business could flow naturally now.

She is one lucky girl, though. Whatever they may be.

Seungmin unbuttoned his dress shirt, dropping the master card key on the table he passed first. "I will take a bath first"

"Sure. Take your time", Daya said, still dumbstruck by how big this room really is.

Seungmin spared her a quick glance before disappearing into the bathroom. Once she was sure he was gone, Daya rushed to one of the floor to ceiling windows, in the living space. "Oh my world", she mumbled, kneeling on one of the couches and pressing her face on the glass. Looking down, she realised that if this were to break, she would a jumbled mess of bones and blood, so she carefully got off the one-seater couch, shaking her head. "That's dangerous"
