Nari had so much fun with Daya's family. She tagged along with the girls to the famous Mary's diner and just sat around, trying different dishes till they clocked out. She gave nice compliments and Daya even introduced her to her fellow workers and the manager and his assistant. She also helped them in opening their shop in the mornings and sometimes served in the place or just watch. She had so much of Damin's delicious dishes but the gukbap was her favourite.

Johnny also had quite a time. He followed Seolran to pick plums for her wine making. She took him to the sea and he watched the fishermen catch sea fishes and other sea creatures. One even caught a shark. It was Johnny's first time seeing a live shark and even watch it get butchered. He was really glad he tagged with Nari. He had his employers to thank.

Nari and Johnny returned on the eight, with lots of food items and souvenirs from Haryung. They all had to prepare to go back to school tomorrow.

Dayeon was receiving more love than usual. Every nook and cranny knew she was leaving for Seoul tomorrow. Some of her friends at Mary's diner were really sad and the females she a few tear. Seungcheol for one gave her so many fatherly advice and told her she was welcome to come work anytime during her breaks. He have her, her daily pay and also some token from his own pocket. Taeyang did same, telling her to not be so hot-headed when she goes to Seoul.

Everyone wished her well. She even got some gifts from the old grandparents she was friends with. Their Dayeon was finally go to college. They made some contributions and gave to the girls, even though Damin reprimanded them. They should use the money for themselves, but they told her it wasn't worth it if their kids went to school empty-handed.

Who told them they are going back empty-handed?. They are so nosey, really.

Damin knew without them though, life would have been harder than normal for her and her kids.

The next day, as early as one could be, a cab rolled up to their house. Daya was leaving earlier than usual because with Dayeon being a new student, a lot of processes would be done.

Damin got out of the cab and walked up her front steps. Opening the door, "Eomma are they ready?"

"Yeah!. They will be down soon!"

"Okay. Hurry!". Damin opened the trunk of the car. "Ahjusshi, please help us set their loads in", and the man readily got out. Daya and Dayeon came out of the house, juggling their luggages. Damin stared at them fondly. She felt like she had completed her work here. Maybe half of it.

The cab man diligently helped in making sure every bag of their fitted in his trunk. He slammed it shut when he done. The sound made Dayeon's heart drop to her stomach. She was leaving. For the first time ever, she was leaving her home, her town, her life, her mom, her grandma.

Since this was a regular thing for Daya now, the girl opened the cab's door, setting her sister's backpack into it. The street was still asleep. It was probably after 6:00am or thereabout.

Daya looked at her sister, feeling a sense of dejavu. She was once there. But during her own time, she was bidding goodbye to her grandma 'cause her mom took her to school herself. She had no-one there but Dayeon has her.

Seolran shut the door, climbing down the front steps with grunts. "Haemoni, does your knee hurt?", Dayeon asked.

"When does it never?", She chuckled. "Here. Daya might be okay with it but I made paejeon haemul for you. Eat them on the way"
