Daya laid in bed, kicking her feet with her phone in her hands. She for once gathered courage and sent Seungmin a text. Will he reply?. Obviously not. The chances were slim.

Should I just delete it?. No. I'm not the type to chicken out. Oh you totally are, Daya!.

The door to the bathroom opened and closed, and Daya turned off her phone, not switching it off, placing it screen downwards on the bed.

Daya turned around, seeing her roommate's scary pink face mask first. Ari smiled, slapping the mask closer to her skin. "Go wash up", she mumbled, knowing that talking too much will make the mask do the opposite of its work. Wrinkling, folding and lining her skin. That will be bad.

Daya, to save her from getting wrinkled against the party tomorrow, gingerly got up from bed, shamelessly taking her phone with her.

Ari tried arching a brow but her mask refrained her from doing so. She watched the smaller girl hop to the bathroom, scoffing quietly.

Talk about trust issues.

She tittered, humming her way to the bed. She carefully got on it, and laid facing upwards, on the other side of the bed that Daya wasn't laying on few moments ago.

Will my brothers be okay without Chan oppa?.

She has been thinking more frequently about that.

Sigh.

Seungmin paused with the ice-cream wrap between his teeth at the notification of Daya's message. His lips tugged.

"What got you smiling like that?", Hyunjin asked, staring at the boy he was paired to room with for the next few days.

"It's nothing", Seungmin denied, shaking his head. He dropped lazily on the chaise lounge, and proceeded his task of tearing open his ice-cream's wrap. He sucked the flavour gently, unlocking his phone. Before he could start typing a reply, Hyunjin interrupted him.

"Turn off the lights, buddy", came the order, as the boy pulled his eye mask over his drowsy eyes.

Seungmin threw an annoyed glower at the boy. "This was the reason I told you to nap during noon. Please, get the light yourself"

Hyunjin groaned quietly. Why is he my roommate?. Why am I stuck with him?. How does Jisung and Jeongin put up with him all year round?. Why the fuck are we friends?.

The sudden click of the light switch stopped his trains of whys.

"Thank you, Kim Seungmin. You are the best"

"I know you don't mean that", He resumed his place on the chaise again, reading the message that was waiting for a reply from him.

Asleep?. Wanna meet up?.

Although he knew he couldn't meet her, it was quite late, and there would be eyes in almost every part of this hotel, he just liked the change, in the sense that she was now listening to him, and messaging him when necessary.

He is training her so well. Or she was just obedient.

He typed back a reply.

Can't meet up, but can call.

His message was ticked read in not less than two seconds that he sent it.

Interesting. She was waiting the whole time?.
