Everything was running smoothly. School. Life. Water. Daya had forgotten all about the necklace incident and although she was sad about the spoilt one in her drawer now, there was nothing she could do about it. Seungmin had promised to get her a new one but she wasn't expecting anything from him. It's been roughly a month since that, and she just deemed it fit that it wasn't compulsory to get her one. He didn't owe her another. She was grateful for the first.

Daya got on her feet after tying the laces of her sneakers. She looked at her roommate's bed. She was sitting there, casually eating ice cream while she got ready. "See you later", she nodded and Daya smiled.

Oh Nari. Daya had morning classes and Nari bagged afternoon. Daya wasn't bothered though because the girl was getting used to attending lectures without her. It was such a big growth. The past month, they've rarely never had classes together and Nari was slowly coming out of her shell. As she realised she couldn't really depend and stick to Daya. She is an adult and wasn't homeschooled anymore. She did miss having classes with Daya though and getting ready with her but they were their own persons and met after classes in their room, anyway.

"Do you need something?", Daya asked, picking her butterfly printed tote bag, as usual, "I can get it for you", she offered, staring at the girl.

"Nah. I'm good", Nari replied, looking into her ice-cream bowl again.

"Alright!. Love ya", Daya informed and she got a little response back as she left the room. Her first class was luckily shifted to 10:40 and she had a lot of time on her hands to grab breakfast from the cafe across school.

"Morning. What would you like?", The girl at the counter politely asked Daya, who was dragging her eyes through the menu on the walls behind her.

"Eh, milk?. That melon pudding too", she pointed, "It seems new", she looked at the girl with a little smile, "Do you recommend?"

"Well... if you are not allergic to melon and shrimp, yeah"

"I am not. Thank you. I will like those"

The girl nodded, gesturing for her to move over to another side of the counter to get her order, which she gladly did, letting another customer walk up.

"Your order", a tray was pushed out and Daya smiled, looking at the simple meal she ordered. This system kind of reminded her of Mary's diner. "Thank you", she bowed her head, taking her tray and walking up to an empty table.

Eat, leave.

She picked up the little spoon, eyes curiously taking in the new menu she got served.

Hope this tastes good.

She was kind of nervous to try it out. It was always the same with new menus. She scooped a little of the green contents, it was probably from the green bell peppers, and ate it. Her eyes widened slowly.

Well, damn. That hit home.

Spicy. Chewy. Gooey. Soft. Crunchy. Crunchy, because she could chew up the little pieces of shrimp. Oh she had to bring Nari here to try this. Confident that the food was good, Daya took more spoonfuls, and finally looked around the place. She rarely never came here in the morning and she was glad she doesn't because SKKU students spread out through the place. Nah, she wouldn't be that comfortable with them here, every morning. But what did she expect?. It was right in front of their university. A good place for business.
