Yeji stared in confusion at where the girl once sat. "What just happened?", she asked, glancing at her equally confused friends, well except for Lee Ari.

After she assured them she was okay, she just bolted, leaving her food tray behind.

"Is she really okay though?", Chaeryeong asked in worry.

"I will go and check on her", Yuna informed, getting up.

"Let her be, Yuna", Ari ordered without looking up from her food, she played with the vegetables. "She obviously needs some space", she ate the greens.

Yuna stared at the direction the girl ran off to with sad eyes. She was the one who brought her to the table and she felt responsible for her, atleast for the main time.

"Don't blame yourself", Ari spoke again. "She was just overwhelmed. Sit down", she looked at the girl and she lowered herself back onto her seat.

"Why did she act that way?. Did I say something bad?", Yeji asked, pointing at herself.

"None that I know of", Lia replied. What Yeji had said to the girl - to Yuna actually - wasn't even the slightest bit offensive.

Ari dropped her chopsticks. "You mentioned Hyunjin"

Yeji arched a brow. "I am not supposed to?"

Yuna's lips parted. Oh. Yeji was really in the dark wasn't she?. "But the rumours don't involve her with Hyunjin", she confusedly voiced out.

Ari scoffed. Rumour?.

Ryunjin leaned forward and the girls all leaned with her. "What rumour?", she said instead, making all her friends sigh in disappointment.

"Ryunjin unnie, I almost thought you knew something", Haewon sassily said. She was the only fresher here with Yuna and she didn't even know who Daya was before now.

"You really don't know anything about Jeong Daya?", Ari asked the oblivious girls.

"I know she is in my year", Chaeryeong honestly informed.

"Yeah, that's right. She is a sophomore just like us", Ryunjin said, remembering seeing the girl in all her classes. "I have never spoken to her before though", she leaned back on her chair, sprawling out.

"Me neither", Chaeryeong attested, fixing her yellow berret.

Ari shook her head. She was a sophomore just like them too but she knew Daya so well. Oh. Maybe because her brothers are friends with him. He was like a brother to her too. "Jeong Daya. The girl Seungmin owns", she tongued her cheek, "Should I say owns?"

Silence came upon all the girls.

"Kim Seungmin?. Or another Seungmin?", Yeji asked first.

"Kim Seungmin", Ari said in a duh tone.

"Unnie. That's just a rumour", Yuna said, just a little bit offended for her friend.

Ari scoffed. "Rumour, my ass"

Yuna stared at her dumbfounded. All those stories were true?. She only thought they were fleeting stories... rumours. Daya was definitely not like that.

Haewon knew what they were talking about now. Those stories of Seungmin and his plaything wasn't old story. Everyone knew that. Majority just didn't think they were actually real. Minority didn't know the girl in the rumours and Haewon was one of the latter.

Lia cleared her throat. She was in the same year with those boys and she was kind of close with Hyunjin since she was besties with his cousin. "I mean, it's Kim Seungmin. Who wouldn't want him?. Most people would want to be in her shoes behind all those nasty comments. They are all begging for a chance. Both males and females alike. You can't blame her"
