Seungmin watched her with dark eyes. She looked absolutely gorgeous or was it because she had been away for some time?. Her hair. She put it in those curls again. He wished she would wear them like that all the time instead of in her natural curls. More curls made her hair the prettiest.

He moved his eyes to the worker beside her, and she bowed, whispering something to Daya and off she went.

Daya looked around the place. It was indeed as secluded as the woman had explained. This part was prolly for people who wanted to spend more. Seungmin was the only one here tonight. She slowly walked over to the boy's table. "Hey", she greeted, lowering herself on the seat.

"You hardly greet first", Seungmin said, uncrossing his legs. "How have you been?"

That's a different approach for today.

Daya stared into his eyes that seemed darker today. "I'm okay, you?"

Seungmin sighed quietly. Relaxing back on the chair rail, he said, "I have been so and so. It's awkward right?"

It is.

But she shook her head, "No. It's not"

"Yah, don't do that", Seungmin said. "Do what?", Daya asked back. She seemed to forget all the time that Seungmin knew when she told lies. It came so easily to him. He just had to read her movements and know. "Don't lie to me"

Daya as usual wanted to say she wasn't lying. Seungmin brought his hand up, gesturing to her form, "Loosen up a little, will you?. Just have fun with me, and go back. I'm still giving you the space you deserve. I shouldn't have called you out but it's your birthday, how could I not?"

Her lips parted. He was giving her space. She was the one who channelled her emotions when she was going through some kind of time, to him, and he was giving her space?. "Seungmin, I_"

"It's okay", He interrupted. "Just drop your attitude for..", he glanced at the watch on his wrist. "About an hour?. Or two?. That should be enough"

Oh. Shit.

She didn't want space. She didn't like Seungmin mad at her at all. You should have known better, Daya. His own treatment is the worst kind.

"By the way, you look pretty"

"Oh thank you", a blink, "You too", she complimented.

Seungmin snickered, nodding. He looked in the direction of the counter and raised his hand, a male waiter walked out, coming over to their table. "What will you like for dinner?", Seungmin asked the girl before him.

"Something simple?", Daya did a head tilt as Seungmin arched a perfect brow. She moved the curl that fell into her eye away. "Oh well, you know.. uh, I had Jeokbal for lunch", she informed, jerking a thumb behind her. "It was much", she finished in a whisper.

Oh gawd. I'm making things worse, aren't I?.

"Oh, that's fine. Something simple for her", Seungmin said to the waiter and he nodded. "I will just go with whatever that's on the menu's top reviews"

"Yes, sir. Coming right up"

Daya watched the guy dissappear into where he came from, "You must visit here frequently", she looked back at Seungmin.

"U-uh. O-oh. Yeah", Seungmin replied, ruffling his grown bangs a little. "It's my family's", he said in a really tiny whisper with his eyes down.

Daya's jaws dropped and she quickly brought her hand up, pushing her lower jaw back up, making her mouth shut.
