CHAPTER 54
-3-
Two years ago...
"A-Anak..." a woman whimpers.
"M-Mom... I d-don't know Jexler is already infected," the boy suddenly cried. M-Mom, h-help me. I d-don't want to be like them."
Napaluhod na lamang ang babae. Her hands trembles as she looked at her 13-year old son.
"I t-told you to just stay in our garden," she whispered with a sob. "D-Don't worry, everything's gonna be alright."
After that, biglang napahawak sa ulo ang bata at ilang saglit pa, bigla itong napatingin sa kaniyang ina. In just a snap, bigla niyang sinugod ang babae.
Aggressively, he choked his mother and whacked its head on the edge of the table.
She cried and then after how many whacks, blood splattered and her consciousness fades out.
From a teary red, to all black one. Then, that little boy joined other group and walked just like ordinary ones.

"ALMOST EVERYONE got out of their minds. It's hard to gallivant around because everyone attacks you anytime."
Amidst the darkness of the surroundings outside the house, six ladies were currently inside the room. Pareho silang nakatayo dahil sa kanilang pagkabahala sa kanilang lugar.
"It's been years. And yet, we haven't figured out how to end the situation." the woman with a yellow-highlighted hair continued as she walked back and forth.
"Nikolina, calm yourself. We can figure this out," saad ng isang babaeng nakatayo malapit sa balcony ng kwarto.
The woman, Nikolina Eun-ji, breathed heavily. "We always say that we can figure this out, yet we don't have any progress. Have we, mom?" she blurted out. Looked like she couldn't contain her frustrations anymore.
While the others stays in silence, the woman, Sahara, walked towards her daughter, slowly.
"We're trying our best to find their new lair, Nikolina. That itself is a progress that we made. From doing nothing, hiding from those people who were controlled by that organization, to doing something that even though it's hard but we still did," said Sahara that made her daughter fell silent.
"You're mother is right, Eun-ji. In fact, the viral nanotechnology only just spread here in Santa Luna," Yuna butted in as she sat on the bed. Mapapansin ang pagbabago ng kaniyang katawan. From a chubby one, to a slim one.
Situations and lifestyles just changed everyone in the room.
"How do you say so?" one of the three girls, who is Kiera, asked, crossing her arms.
