Ending the War

Y/N, Ahsoka, and Anakin had arrived back to Coruscant as they were holding a meeting with all of the Jedis at Padme's office to think of a plan to stop Sidious.

Windu: Y/N, Ahsoka, thank you for what you did on Madalore and for informing us about Palpatine's true identity.

Obi-Wan: Y/N, tell us about this Order 66. What is it?

Y/N: Order 66 is an order that Sidious made when the clones were created. There's an inhibitor chip installed to their brains. When they are given the order they will all set out to kill every Jedi Knight in the galaxy.

Plo: How do we stop it?

Y/N: If we can get to the hangar where the clones were created. We can have R2 hack into the systems to delete the order from their inhibitor chips. While most of us will confront Sidious and bring him down. But we have to act quickly before he can make the order. Padme, I need you to talk to the Senate and have a meeting to form a peace on this war with the Separatists. Now that we know who's behind all of this.

Padme: You can count on me.

Obi-Wan: We must work together. May the Force guide all of us to victory.

Y/N: All right.

As everybody walked out of the room. The two groups splits as it was Y/N, Anakin, Obi-Wan, Plo, and Windu were going to fight Sidious. While Ahsoka was with the others to delete the order from the clones inhibitor chips.

(Jedi Temple)

Y/N, Anakin, Obi-Wan, Plo, and Windu had arrived to the Jedi Temple. They walked inside as they had their lightsabers ready in their hand but it wasn't activated. They reached to the office and they walked through the door as they activated their lightsabers while Sidious was sitting at his desk with Tarkin by his side.

Tarkin: What's this about?

Windu: It's over, Sidious. Surrender.

Sidious: So, you all found out about my identity. (shows true form) So, my former apprentice, after all those years I treated you this is how you repay me?

Y/N: You tortured me for all those years for every single damn thing that I didn't do correctly. You made me into a weapon against the Republic. I was a soldier and a Jedi that swore an oath to the Republic! But yet you made me destroy everything that we accomplished to stop this war! But now it's time to put an end to this war. Sidious surrender now or else you will be killed. (Sidious pulls out holo)

Rex (hologram): Yes, Chancellor?

Sidious: (smiles) Initiate Order 66...

Rex (hologram): Initiate Order 66... What order is that, sir?

Sidious: What is happening?

Y/N: (com-link beeps & presses on it) Y/N, here.

Ahsoka (radio): Y/N, we were able to delete the order from the inhibitor chips after defeating Grievous.

Obi-Wan: Well, then shall we?

Tarkin shoots but Y/N deflected the laser back at Tarkin's head and he dropped dead to the ground.

Y/N: I've been wanting to do that for so long.

Sidious grabbed a detonater and he pressed it as the room exploded. Y/N, Anakin, and Obi-Wan were fine but they were hurting from the explosion but Plo and Windu were seriously injured from the explosion.

Y/N got up and saw that Sidious had jumped through the window and saw him sliding down on the slanted side of the building. Y/N quickly jumped and chased after him as Anakin did the same while Obi-Wan stayed behind to help Plo and Windu.

Sidious jumped onto a platform and was running as Y/N and Anakin was just right behind him. However another bomb detonated which made Y/N and Anakin lose their balance. Anakin slipped and he caught himself by grabbing the ledge. Y/N was holding Anakin but he saw Sidious get into a cruiser that was waiting for him.

Anakin: Y/N, go after him, I'll catch up.

Y/N: Don't worry.

Y/N helped Anakin up and Y/N turned to see that the Cruiser was leaving. But Y/N focused and he used the Force. Which stopped the Cruiser. Anakin was surprised by this but Y/N didn't back down and he made the Cruiser crash onto the ground.

Y/N stops and he was breathing very heavily. Anakin tapped Y/N on the shoulder and they ran to the cruiser together to finally put an end to Sidious. But as they arrived they saw Sidious walking out of the Cruiser. Y/N jumped and landed behind Sidious as Anakin cornered him also. Sidious activated his lightsaber.

Anakin: Stay on your guard, Y/N.

Y/N: Right.

Y/N and Anakin ran at Sidious and they were attacking him together as they were combining their attacks which frustrated Sidious. Y/N was about to get a clean strike at Sidious's leg but Sidious blocked it and used "Force Lightning" on Y/N which knocked him down.

Y/N could remember this pain since Sidious would torture him like this all the time. Anakin swung his lightsaber which made Sidious focus all on Anakin.

Sidious: You were very strong, Skywalker. I wish you could've been my apprentice. But now I have to kill you.

Anakin: I would never be your apprentice.

Y/N attacked Sidious from behind but he quickly turned around and he blocked Y/N's attack. Y/N quickly went low and he sweeped Sidious off the ground and he landed on his back.

Y/N swung his lightsaber down but Sidious blocked it and he shifted Y/N's body to the left. As he quickly got up and he did jump-spin attack towards Y/N as Anakin "Force Pushed" Sidious but he did the same as well which made Anakin and Sidious not move from their positions due to the Force clashing.

Sidious: You two are making this very difficult!

Sidious used all his power by using "Force Lightning" on Y/N and Anakin. They tried blocking it with their lightsabers but it was just too strong. Y/N dropped his lightsaber just as Sidious threw his towards Y/N.

Y/N knocked Sidious's lightsaber away by using the Force and he looked at him with a rage. Even Sidious smiled since he knew he was winning Y/N back over to the Dark Side but Anakin was closely watching him and he knew Y/N was up to something.

Y/N calmed down as he could feel his Dark Side coming back but instead of him letting it take over he embraced it. Y/N ran at Sidious as he quickly used the Force to get his lightsaber back in hand. Y/N was using the strength that he had which shocked Sidious. He got even faster which made it hard for Sidious to even deal with. Anakin attacked from the side and he knocked Sidious's lightsaber out of his hands.

Y/N stabbed Sidious in the chest as Anakin stabbed him in the back. They deactivated their lightsabers and Sidious fell to the ground dying on the floor with his final breath. Y/N and Anakin fell back and sat on the ground together as they didn't have any strength left to stand. But they looked at each other and smiled. Y/N turned around and saw Ahsoka and Obi-Wan. Ahsoka ran at Y/N and she hugged him.

Y/N: Ahsoka... it's over.

Ahsoka: You guys did it...

Y/N: No... We all did it, together.

As the other Jedis brought the clones to deal with the body. Y/N and Anakin were brought to the medical room to get tended to from their fight against Sidious. But now that the war was over it was finally time to announce the peace to the whole galaxy. But before that Y/N had Maul buried next to his mother's grave so that he could be with her together for their resting place.
