CHAPTER THIRTY-SIX

It's finally after school! I have to wait for every body to leave for two reasons. First, I don't want to look like an idiot on my hands and knees in front of everybody, second, if anybody finds out about vampires I don't know what would happen, but I don't want to be the reason they are discovered.

About twenty mins. later everyone was gone, finally. I through myself towards the middle of the field. I started searching around for a switch or a button or something to open the door.

I felt it! I flipped it, I didn't work. Why isn't it working? "Open, darn thing!" I yelled out. "I need to, no, I have to see Cris!" I was tearing up. "I need to see someone." I started crying.

I sat up, finally I feel, It hurt. I feel on my behind. 'Thank you' I said grateful but also somewhat sarcastically. I ran to the end of the tunnel. Great I need something shiny. I started looking for something that was shiny, I looked right above the the doorway. There's something that looks shiny.

I grab it and shine it into the black dot, then close my eyes and turn my head around. It shines really bright then opens. I walk in. Cris is right there with my family, and Jason. I start running towards them. Then they start to fade away. It was a hallucination.

I went to the desk that me and Cris went to earlier. "Hey, do you remember checking in a Cris? Or a Jamie?" I asked the the person at the desk.

She looked up with fear in her eyes, "No, I never heard of them." I could tell she was lying, so I launched myself over the counter grabbing her.

"I know your lying, now tell me the truth before I bust your head open!" I said through clenched teeth. Also knowing that isn't possible.

I was still ahold of her and I felt a tug on my arms, but only slightly. I was to much in my angry world thinking about 'how could I kill her without being a vampire.' I was finally got pulled off her. I had deadly eyes right now. I jerked off the people that were grabbing me, and spun around to see who was. My eyes started watering.
