Brody's P.O.V

"Shut up! It's not true." Danielle elbows me in the side as we walk.

My arm was around her shoulders, keeping her from falling.

"We both know you wanted me to take a shower with you." I smirked.

She grunted and we walked to the park. We sat on the grass just looking at the clouds.

"Danielle?"

"Hm?"

"Why do you have to make it harder to flirt with you?" I sighed.

"Did you think it was always going to be easy?"

"Well yeah, I mean."

She just looks at me.

"I'm not an easy target."

"If you say so princess."

She squinted at me.

"Watch your words, Parker."

"How'd you figure out my last name?" I chuckled.

"I don't know." She smiled innocently.

"Mhm."

"Still, I'd watch what you say to me. I can limit you." She says trying to act scary.

"Awe, you look like a mad little kitten."

"Rawr.." She mumbled under her breath.

"A pathetic act, I'd say."

Then she tackled me.

"Shut up." She pinned me there.

"Awe kitten, don't be mad."

She squinted again.

"I'm enjoying the view actually." I smirked.

It's all called strategy.

She sat on me instead, her arms covering her chest. Her cheeks turning a bright red.

I grabbed her waist and she shifted, being a little uncomfortable.

"Baby what's wrong?" I still had a smirk on my face

"You're making me uncomfortable on purpose."

"Am I? Really? I never thought that."

She leaned down and held my face.

"You're an idiot." She bit her lip.

"The idiot you love." Then I lifted my head up and pecked her lips.

"Soon it will all be easy again. Eh?"

"Nope."

She sat back up and I put my hands on her thighs. Automatically she slapped my hands as her cheeks started turning a pink shade.

"Then I won't make it easy for you." I grinned.

She looked at me trying to not smile.

"My little kitten." I said quietly.

I put my hands back on her thighs and she didn't slap me this time.

"Come on." I said sighing.

"What?"

"Get up, I want to do something."

I slapped her thighs playfully. Then she got up. I grabbed her waist.

"What do you want to do?"

"Dance." I smiled.

"No, homecoming was bad enough."
