(Y/N) entered the UA dorms for the first time in two weeks. She knew that period wasn't long but it certainly felt like it was. She hadn't been in the dorms since they'd been sent off on the mission against the Paranormal Liberation Front that had resulted in this mess; the country in chaos and her life as a vigilante. She breathed in deeply before moving further into the dorms where her friends slumped onto the sofas and chairs of the common room, exhaustion written all over their faces after a physically and mentally exhausting day.

(Y/N) followed her classmates to the sofas and took a seat next to Sero, sinking into the soft cushion. She too was tired after a long night and now a long day but she was determined to socialise before she went back to the house with Jin and Chizome. She knew she was going to initiate her plan soon but she wasn't certain about the consequences that would arise from it. She wanted to soak up all the time she had with her friends.

Everyone seemed wary of her as she sat down. To them, she'd been disappearing up to her room for the last two weeks and hadn't spoken to anyone, not even Kirishima, Kaminari, or Todoroki whom she usually clung to. They didn't make a comment or stare but their mindset was all the same - worried for (Y/N).

"We're glad to have you back, Midoriya!" Iida noted once everyone had settled comfortably. "But that does not mean we are not angry!"

"What?" Midoriya gaped at their class representative. "Angry?"

"You just got up and left." Bakugou grunted. "You think that's okay?"

"I was just trying to protect-"

"You don't think we can protect ourselves, Deku?" Bakugou snapped.

"Stop being so brash, Bakugou." Yaoyorozu scolded. "Midoriya, we were worried."

"Yeah, dude! Why the hell would you do that?!" Mineta hissed, crossing his arms and glaring at the green-haired boy who clearly needed a long night's rest.

Midoriya frowned, his eyes cast downwards. "I'm sorry." He murmured. "I didn't want to put you in danger."

"But don't you get that we want to help you?" Mina said with a concerned gaze. "We know that Shigaraki is tracking you but we want to stay with you all the same."

"Mina's right." Tsuyu nodded. "We're your friends. We're here to support and help you. Becoming a vigilante by yourself wasn't a smart move."

(Y/N) ignored the guilt in her heart. She stared at her shoes while her friends spoke. She remained silent.

"That's right," Uraraka added. "It was stupid."

"Never expected Uraraka to say that about Midoriya," Jirou mumbled under her breath.

"There's no point in stressing about it, guys!" Kaminari defended. "We got him back and that's all that matters!"

"And now what?" Sero wondered aloud. "Do we have a plan? Do the heroes have a plan?"
