The one where Harry gets a father.
Lilith Evans knew Voldemort would return. He thought he was untouchable even in death. But when Lilith caught him-she knew she would catch him - it would be better than Revenge.

"You thought that it would was...
"The mind is not a book, to be opened at will and examined at leisure. Thoughts are not etched on the inside of skulls, to be perused by an invader. The mind is a complex and many-layered thing."

"We also wish to welcome our new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher..." Albus glanced to a woman in all pink. Very ferocious. "...Professor Dolores Umbridge." Umbridge giggled. "And I'm sure you'll all join me in wishing the professor good luck. Now, as usual, our caretaker, Mr. Filch, has asked me to remind you--" But umbridge cleared her throat loudly and awkwardly.
"She looks very ferocious." Severus chuckled. Lilith reached out grabbing his hand.
"I want to start at Hogwarts." Aria whined.
"Soon enough love." Lilith countered. They hadnt spoken of the miscarriage, they hadnt spoken of Voldemort, lucius kept them updated on his moves but since Lilith was muggle born and Lilith was who she was severus stayed away from voldemort as well there was no trusting that Voldemor wouldnt kill severus on sight.
"Thank you, headmaster, for those kind words of welcome." Umbridge rose up. "And how lovely to see all your bright....happy faces smiling up at me." they were not smiling, they were staring. "I'm sure we're all going to be very good friends."
"That's likely." Fred and Gregor mused.
"The Ministry of Magic has always considered..." Umbridge went on, she seemed to be looking over every single student. "...the education of young witches and wizards to be of vital importance. Although each headmaster... has brought something new to this historic school ...progress for the sake of progress must be discouraged. Let us preserve what must be preserved... perfect what can be perfected..." She stared down at them with a wicked gleam. "...and prune practices that ought to be ...prohibited." she giggled out again.
"Stay away from her, please." Severus requested. "I dont like the look of this."
"Stay away from her," Lilith chuckled. "Right." Lilith agreed. "Because i'm good at avoiding confrontation." they had failed at finding the final three horcruxes but lilith was more motivated than ever. Lucius informed her that Voldemort knew what she was doing and was trying to stop her. But he wasnt at his full strength and with pieces of him destroyed he wasnt winning any battles or starting them anytime soon.
"Thank you, Professor Umbridge. That really was most illuminating." Albus agreed.
"Illuminating? What a load of waffle." Ron corrected.
"What's it mean?" Hermione countered.
"Magic is forbidden in the corridors..." Albus went on.
"It means the Ministry's interfering at Hogwarts." Harry realized.
"It's because of what happened last year, with Cedric," Ron realized. Harry nodded.
"Because voldemort is back." Harry agreed. "Even though the minister is trying to cover that up."
"I bet they are rotten." Ron decided. "Followers of the dark one too."
"Wouldnt be a stretch." harry agreed.
"Good morning, children. Ordinary Wizarding Level examinations. O-W-Ls. More commonly known as OWLs. Study hard and you will be rewarded. Fail to do so, and the consequences may be severe." Umbridge informed them all. "Your previous instruction in this subject has been disturbingly uneven. But you'll be pleased to know, from now on... you will be following a carefully structured, Ministry-approved... course of defensive magic. Yes?" Umbridge looked to a raised hand Hermione.
"There's nothing in here about using defensive spells?" Hermione questioned confused.
"Using spells? Ha-ha!" Umbridge cackled out. "Well, I can't imagine why you would need to use spells in my classroom."
"We're not gonna use magic?" Ron shouted.
"You'll be learning about defensive spells in a secure, risk-free way. " Umbridge assured.
"What use is that?"
"If we're attacked, it won't be risk-free." Harry agreed.
"Students will raise their hands when they speak in my class." She demanded. "It is the view of the Ministry..." Her voice softened. "...that a theoretical knowledge will be sufficient.. to get you through your examinations which, after all, is what school is all about."
"And how's theory supposed to prepare us for what's out there?" Harry countered.
"There is nothing out there, dear." Umbridge corrected. "Who do you imagine wants to attack children like yourself?"
"Oh, I don't know. Maybe Lord Voldemort." Harry shouted.
"I have detention." Harry mumbled.
"What?" Lilith demanded. "it's the first day back."
"I will see you after." But he didnt, because his arm was branded with his punishment and he didnt want his mother to see. But lilith saw and she was furious. She cornered Umbride and grabbed her by the neck, the students circled around them like a cat fight was about to commence.
"You dare use such barbaric torture against my son!" Lilith shouted, "my son!" lilith demanded, with her hand on Umbridges throat she noticed the locket and a new level of rage filled her.
"How dare you-"
"Voldemort follower." Lilith hissed pulling the locket free.
"Give that back."
"You are fired!" Lilith shouted her voice booming, "you dare lay a hand on any student I will personally rip you apart." Lilith warned. Umbridge didnt move. "GET OUT!" lilith demanded shoving her back.
"You can't fire me." Umbridge corrected.
"I can bury you alive." Lilith challenged. "Get out. I take my threats seriously. I dont tell lies." Lilith warned. Umbridge huffed a breath.
"It's worse than I thought... far worse than I feared' Dolores told them all ''Cornelious would want to take immediate action.''
"I will take immediate action." Lilith corrected grabbing Umbridge and dragging her outside, the class cheered out, she had been there barely two days and already had all the students hating her. That was impressive. Lilith would stick her somewhere no one would find her and the children would gladly be her alibi.
