Robin found Marie around second period, but by then the headache that Marie had gotten had turned into a migraine. And she was constantly holding her head, and when they got to the lunch room and bought lunch all Marie could think about was laying down in her bed.

They passed the Hellfire table, when Eddie looked up to see his girfriend holding onto Robin and hiding her face in her shoulder he stood up and walked over to her.

"Hey." Eddie's voice pulled Marie from Robin's shoulder, and Robin stopped before grabbing Marie tray and taking it to their table.

"Hey, babe." Marie says, and she squints, trying to hide her headache.

"What's wrong?" He asked her, and she shook her head.

"Massive headache, going to see the nurse after lunch." She said to him, and he nodded his head. He kissed her forehead and let her walk over to Robin, where she resumed her position from earlier.

"I still can't believe you and Eddie are dating." Robin says to her friend, who had peaked her head out to grab one of the chicken nuggets that were sat on her tray.

"Why? Because I went from dating King Steve to Eddie "the freak" Munson?" Marie asked her friend, and Robin shook her head.

"No, that's not it at all. It's just he's got such a tough guy exterior, and you don't." Robin says to Marie, and Marie glances up at Robin.

"I totally could if wanted to." Marie said, and she glanced over at Eddie's table and could see him getting ready to stand up on the table.

"But as long as you're into band, or science... or parties or a game where you toss balls into laundry baskets!" Eddie addresses his opinion on the clubs of high school, and Marie chuckled at his anger.

"You want something, freak?" Jason's voice calls out, and Marie looked over at the jock table, and she could barely see Lucas hiding his face from Eddie.

"Honestly, kinda wish Billy hadn't been killed last year, he'd totally beat his ass." Marie says about Jason, and Robin hums.

"Yeah, I'd give anything to see those two interact." Robin tells her, and Marie smiles.

But her eyes see him in the corner of her eye again, and when she turned to head slightly she stared at him, and he stared back. Billy was still the way she had seen him in the bathroom, and she tried not to let that get to her,  and she tried to look away, but she couldn't.

Trying to figure out if she could've saved him with his injuries, as she looked him over she could hear the screams from that night, she could hear the fireworks that had went off, she could hear the sound of the Mind Flayer.

The slam of a book on one of the tables made Marie jump harshly, and Robin jumped as well. Robin stared at her friend as Marie frantically looked around the room, trying to find the source of the sound. Marie's eyes were wide, and wild.

"Marie, are you okay?" Robin asks, and Marie turns to look at her, and nods her head.

"Yeah, I'm actually not feeling good so I'm going to go to the nurses office now." Marie grabbed her tray and bolted out of her chair and to throw the food away, and Robin watched her.

Marie looked scared when she jumped, and Robin knew that Marie had had a hard time after the prior years events, and she had some PTSD triggers.

She couldn't stand the smell of fire, whether it be a campfire or actually fireworks, she couldn't stand it. She also seemed to be very jumpy around the sound of loud noises, and Marie always seemed to be the only one who was startled by them.
