Quinn was sitting in Colin's lap, who was sitting in the green armchair at the coffee house, the both of them observing Rachel's first ever batch of laundry, which turned all of her whites to pink, that Phoebe was going through. The couple had come back from a small date at the cinema and were chatting with their friends before calling it a day.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Rachel asked Ross as she held an ice patch to his head.

"Yeah."

"Does it still hurt?"

"Yeah."

Quinn was unable to stop the giggle that came out, trying to hide it from her injured friend as much as possible. Ross really hadn't been lucky lately, first the hockey puck to the face and now the dryer door.

"You know Ross, I think you should start wearing a helmet permanently. All of your injuries can't be good for your dinosaur brain," the redhead couldn't help but tease him. She felt Colin giggle beneath her, hiding his face in the crook of her neck (and essentially in her hair too).

Ross stared at her, unamused. "You know what, I just might."

"What a neat idea!" Phoebe interrupted. She was going through Rachel's pink laundry. "All your clothes match. I'm gonna do this."

"Hi," Monica and Joey walked in, back from their double date.

"Hey, how did it go?" Phoebe asked their friends.

"Excellent!" Joey answered.

"We ripped that couple apart and kept the pieces for ourselves," Monica explained as she and Joey sat around the small table across from Quinn and Colin.

"Good for you!" Quinn congratulated them.

"What a beautiful story," Ross sarcastically complimented. "Hey! I'm fine, by the way," he changed the subject, motioning his head with his hand.

"Oh, I'm sorry," his sister said, only now noticing his injury.

"Hey, where's Chandler?" Rachel asked when she realised their group was missing someone.

"Oh, he needed some time to grieve," Phoebe explained.

Right then, Chandler ran past the coffee house, screaming "I'm free! I'm free!" over and over again.

"That ought to do it!" Phoebe said.

"I'm surprised you guys didn't see him on your way here," Quinn told her friends who weren't there when she and Colin arrived at Central Perk, so everyone except Phoebe.

"Yeah he ran past us twice on our way here," Colin added. "Tried to congratulate him on the second time but he almost tripped on his own feet when I called his name so I'll just wait 'til he's done."

The friend group erupted in laughter while Quinn lovingly looked at her boyfriend, glad that he was fitting in with the people closest to her so well.

A week later, everyone was sat in a small theatre for the premiere of the newest play Joey was starring in.

"Oh look! Look! Look!" Rachel exclaimed, pointing at something in her Playbill. "There's Joey's picture! This is so exciting!"

"You can always spot someone who's never seen one of his plays before," Chandler said, as if the narrator of a nature documentary. "Notice: no fear, no sense of impending doom."

"Tell me about it," Quinn mumbled, motioning with her head to her boyfriend who sat to her left.

"Oh come on, it can't be that bad," Colin tried to reason with her.
