Calloused hands traced down Aaliyah's back as she moaned into the soft lips on hers. She reached up and ran her hands through long curly hair. Hands gripped at her waist as Aaliyah cupped the face on hers. They moved in sync against each other, limbs tangled together like a puzzle.
Their lips separated and Aaliyah looked up into beautiful brown eyes. "Allison?" She whispered with a soft smile. Curiosity and confusion in her mind that she couldn't find the reason to.
"Yeah, Liah?" Allison's finger traced slowly down Aaliyah's collar bone.
"Nothing. Never mind." Aaliyah shook her head, then watched as Allison got off of her and stepped over to her desk on the opposite side of the room. She started looking at the open books and loose papers of research. Aaliyah moved further down the bed and crossed her legs in front of her. "What'cha looking for?"
"What are you looking for?" Allison held up a book with a photo of a screaming woman, then turned it towards her to read. "A banshee is a woman, often of Irish descent who can see the future. Her screams are often a sign of impeding death." Allison looked up at her girlfriend with quizzical bemusement. "Why are you reading this?" She chuckled.
"What do you mean 'why'? I've been doing research on all kinds of supernatural creatures incase any more try to kill us. You know like the alpha, or the kanima, a darach. Or... the last thing." Aaliyah knew there was something else but she couldn't think of the name.
Allison dropped the book back down on the desk. "Are you messing with me?" She laughed uncomfortably.
"No." Aaliyah shook her head, confused. Allison walked back to the bed.
"I think you need to be brought back to reality." Allison got back on the bed, sitting on Aaliyah's lap facing her. Aaliyah grabbed Allison's wrist as Allison moved her hands up Aaliyah's neck to cup her face.
