Hi! This is my review on both episodes. I'm talking about The Giantslayer because I didn't before, and The Job.

First up, The Giantslayer.

This episode was SO fun for me. ALTERNATE UNIVERSES IN-UNIVERSE?!?!?!?! My favorite trope EVER. And the Woodman came back too. Fun!

Someone GENUINELY tell me what Halvor's gender is. He looks like a girl, but sounds...like a girl, but doing a boyish voice. Like, someone PLEASE explain.

Edit: I later rationalized that he's, like, a guy. I mean, boys have slightly pitched up voices when they're young.

Also, YOUR destiny is to slay? GURLLL, you did NOT just steal my destiny.

Anyway, my guy gives off real "Sasha Waybright" vibes, with the whole "planning with figurines on a table" thing.

Okay, okay. I'm gonna say something. As a hopeless romantic, I can already tell you know where this is going, I see every relationship as a possibility. EVERY relationship. Let me just say, AND HEAR ME OUT...Hilda and Halvor looked like a feuding couple at times. AND I KNOW THEY WERE ONLY ON SCREEN TOGETHER, FOR, LIKE 30 MINS, but it genuinely looked like the possible plot for a yandere fanfiction. THAT IS ALL I AM SAYING, AND I WILL NEVER SAY SUCH THINGS AGAIN, I PROMISE. Well, I half-promise. Because it might happen again, but you never know.

Btw, Halvor is the giantslayer. I just say his real name because it helps me remember it, lol. I spent the entire episode calling him The Giantslayer because I forgot his name.

Either way, I'm REALLY sad that the tree burnt down, and now we won't get to see Hilda and friends traverse through the multiverse! Big sad.

I kinda wanted to see if they had, like, a universe where they were evil, just to see if my evil au was correct in its assumptions.

Anyways, now onto The Job!

BRO, THIS EPISODE PISSED ME OFF SO MUCH, YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW.

Okay, you have to understand, because, HILDA'S DAD ISN'T THE FUCKING BELLKEEPER?!?!?!?!?! WHAT THE HELL! THEN WHERE DOES THE BLUE HAIR COME FROM?!?!?!?!

As for Anders, Hilda's dad, he's...I don't like him. He's kinda shady to me, and on top of that, it sounds like he's trying too hard to be cool for Hilda. ALSO HOW FRIDA AND DAVID HAD THAT MIND MELD WHEN THEY WERE THINKING ABOUT WHERE HILDA'S DAD WENT😩😩😩

I love them so much, you don't even know. You couldn't even BEGIN to comprehend the love I have for Frida and David.

Anyways, the episode itself was okay, HILDA LEARNED TO DRIVE?!?!?!?! HELLO?!?!?!?! Badass Hilda fr fr.

I'm also briefly going to talk about The Forgotten Lake just to say one thing:

Johanna is giving badass milf energy, and I LOVE IT. My bisexual ass-

Anyways, that's all I wanted to say! Thanks for reading!
