There was only one spider from Earth 42. The one that bit Miles, right? Wrong.
Alright, from the top. Let's do this one more time!
Her name is Gabi Ramirez, and she was bitten by another radioactive spider that happened to be in Earth 42 (not from another dimension). This bite, however, slightly zapped her. This is what would later give her electrocution powers, the intensity of them being able to go so far as to let Gabi control the victim's mind.
Since she lived on Earth 42, she decided to use these powers to cause chaos instead of for good, making her a spider-villain in the midst of a society of spider-heroes. When she first got invited to join the Spider Society, she accepted, only because her job was getting boring and because Earth 42 wasn't...the greatest place to live. She used her newfound multidimensional travel abilities to go to Earth-1610, where Miles lived, and she started to call that dimension home too. They formally met in ATSV, where she became a fun, like-minded antagonist to Miles. Before, they were just classmates.
Yes, I am aware that there is a Miles Morales in Earth 42, but Gabi doesn't specifically like that one because he was too annoying and flirty with her. Every time Electrospider caused chaos in the city, who else was there to join in the chaos but The Prowler, hitting her with dark humor (which she honestly liked) and flirty one-liners.
Eventually, Electra does realize the errors of her ways, and she redeems herself, with the help of Miles and the Spider Gang. She helps them with the ATSV plot after that.

● Enemies: Miguel (she loves annoying him to no end, also he scares her), Earth 42 Miles (technically, they're more like frenemies)

● Parents: she has none; she's an orphan. Her parents died by the hands of the Kingpin of that universe. That's why she decided to use her powers for evil instead of good, out of a need for vengeance
