You were just texting your wonderful bf, Raymond. Sure, you were a hero, and SURE, he was a villain, and you weren't supposed to be together, but DARN! He was just so great! And accepting. He called your form beautiful even though others would shame you for being this way.

That's why you got together in the first place. Because you both were unapologetically yourselves, and you needed to stick together in this unforgiving world.

That's also why you were texting him. You wanted to go shopping, but not alone. You were pretty insecure, and you didn't want other people staring at you and judging you.

You hugged your phone to your chest as you smiled and got dresses for your shopping date with Raymond. Just like all the others, it was going to be the best date EVER. Maybe you could go get a sundae between the two of you right after?

Your shopping date was the BEST. He picked out outfits for you that he thought would look cute and that were in your size. You two walked around discreetly so as to not draw any attention on your behalf. If anyone did stare, Raymond would just glare at them, and you had to stop him from blasting his laser cannon at anyone quite a few times. Either way, you two got what you came for and went for some ice cream right after. I mean, I don't think Raymond has the capacity to eat human food, but it's the gesture that counts, right?

"Man, today was the best! Thank you so much, Raymond. I love having your support," you said as you held his hand and looked into his eyes.

"Of course, my beautiful rose. I would go to the ends of the earth for you," He claimed dramatically as he booped your nose.

"Haha, stop with the corny lines, you cheeseball."

"Whatever do you mean? Our love means everything to me!" Raymond declared, dramatically putting the back of his hand on his forehead (you know, the one pose).

You chuckled at his antics. What you weren't expecting, though, was a nice, passionate kiss on the lips from your lover. He kissed your forehead as you two parted, hoping that you liked your new clothes, but secretly thinking that he could make much better clothes for you. So much for preventing another "Raymond's Way" incident.
