JUST finished watching the first episode of MOON GIRL AND DEVIL DINOSAUR SEASON 2, AHHHHHH!
But I have one thing to say, and I don't think this will be so much of a spoiler, at least I hope it isn't.
The thing I was going to say?
Lunella...has an UNPRECEDENTED amount of trauma now.
More than Anne, MORE THAN LUZ, more than ANYONE ELSE I'VE SEEN SO FAR. She might be the one Disney character I'm the most worried about.
Just on her first day back, she has SO much baggage from that one moment. I just want to cradle her in my arms and tell her it's ok.
Oh, past me. Enjoy The Ghost and Molly Mcgee while it lasts. BECAUSE DISNEY GETS BACK TO TRAUMATIZING ITS PROTAGS REAL QUICK.
And, like, in NO OTHER SHOW, other than Moon Girl and Devil D, have I seen animations that show, CLEARLY SHOW, how EMOTIONAL the character feels. How raw that emotion is! You could clearly see Lunella shaking and her vision blurring. You could SEE her pupils getting smaller, you could SENSE that poor girl's pain. Petition to get Lunella into therapy, anyone? Sigh, we're just gonna have to put her in with the rest of the traumatized main kids.
