Fade Away

And it will all fade away.
It will fade away slowly, like rain on the paint, just chipping away constantly...
over a long time it might finally be all gone.
It will fall just as the leaves start to in august; by the time November is here they all slowly faded away until all which is left behind are colorless branches
Branches resembling a skeleton of what once was beautiful and alive.
It will fade away like the flavor of your bubble gum as you chew and chew, enjoying every bit until the flavor is gone.
And by the time the flavor is gone, you are tired of chewing anyways.
It may fade away like constant erosion does to the land by the water, until eventually it all comes down due to constant movements within the earth.
And when it all goes away, we are left to seek what's behind it?
What do we make of things that don't last?
Or am I meant to just enjoy what I have when I have it?
Because nothing is forever
And it will all fade away.
