Raindrop

Like a raindrop
I swell up
From a cloud to a drop
Dripping away
Through time on a clock
I fall I fall
And I flow with the wind
What I may land on
Is rooted within
Like a snowflake
I'll glide
I'll turn into ice
I'll lighten myself up
I won't hit the ground rough
Maybe land on a branch
And ponder about life
Maybe I'll join other flakes
And melt away nice
Back into the grass
So I nurture my earth
I'll grow as a tree
And view my own worth.
