Chapter 40: Training with old buddies!

"So everyone, I got an announcement to make!"
"An announcement?" The three questioned you as you stood up while eating your breakfast.
"Yes! It'll be a surprising one! *coughs*" you cleared your throat and brought out your three pokémons and Shinx immediately gushed at your side, rubbing it's head on your leg

"Shinx looks so attached to you" Dawn looked at the adorable cub
"It looks like Shinx and Ash's bayleaf could be 'besties'" You joked making Ash sweatdrop at the thought bayleaf "so anyways, as everyone knows what happened to me and Shinx on last contest, i thought about helping them out by-"

"By taking my help right? I knew I would see this day someday, my love Y/N-" Teddiursa, who just came back after taking a stroll decided to hit Brock right on his back "OUCH-"

"Teddiursa return!---- oh lord"
Dawn giggled at the sight just then Ash stood up "so uhm, you know, you can always ask me for help if you want to!" Ash started nervously but immediately got his confident back "I would always love to help you!"
"Oh Ash..ACK-!"
Brock immediately got up grabbed Ash by his collar "No! She needs my help!"
"No she doesn't! I can teach her way better than you can!"
"Oh really?!"

"GUYS CALM DOWN!" You yelled, silencing them immediately "What the hell?!" Ash and Brock looked at each other before looking away immediately with a 'hmph'

Dawn, Arlo and Piplup meanwhile laughed so hard that the only thing they needed to do was roll on the ground.

"Ahem ahem, so, as i was saying that, I thought about helping Shinx and maybe even Starly out by bringing-"

"Drew?! May?! Harle-"
You threw your cap at Arlo's head
"SO AS I WAS SAYING!" The three boys gulped down their saliva and looked at each other with a nervous laugh "I THOUGHT ABOUT HELPING THEM BY BRINGING OUT, my two dearest old pokémons!"

"Two old pokémons?!" Now everyone was actually surprised
"Is it your dustox? I always wanted to see it!" Dawn said hoping to see your dustox
"Is it maybe uhhhhhhh Pidgeot?" Arlo guessed
"Uhm is it Magnemite? Minun?"
Dawn looked at Ash in horror when he mentioned Minun but quickly calmed herself again
"Maybe it's Dustox and raichu?"

"....wrong...." You sighed "but it's okay, anyways! Let me present you my pokémons!"

You quickly put the pokéballs of your two old pokémons in the capsule and attached two random seals and acted as if you were in the stage "Alright everyone! I present my Kirlia and Eevee back into the team, in sinnoh!"

"Eevee and Kirlia are back?!"

"Lia~" "voi!" The two pokémons got out of the ball and stood proudly, only to get scared when the seals' sparkles surrounded them "Lia!" "Evoi!" Kirlia immediately used psybeam and Eevee used Swift to destroy the sparkles.

"Woah so cool!" Dawn said
"I know right" you smirked and looked at the other three pokémons.
Spearow was happy to see her old friends, and Shinx was awestruck to see them while Starly was amazed.

"Kirlia! Eevee! I want you two to meet my new friends from the Sinnoh Region! This is Dawn and her pokémons, Piplup and Buneary"

"Lup! Lup!" "Neary!" Piplup and Buneary walked upto them and said something which obviously you wouldn't understand.

"And they are" you pointed at your two sinnoh pokémons "Starly and Shinx"

Kirlia and Eevee went to them and waved to which they said something in their language before Spearow hugged Kirlia and Eevee.

"Aw, they all became friends so easily" Ash said "you should go and play with them, Pikachu" "Chu~"
"And here I thought that they'll start arguing"
"Keep your negative thoughts to yourself, Brock" you sighed before continuing
