Chapter 74: Return of Ash and Arlo

"Today's the day, today's the day, today's the day!" You repeated excitedly and got dressed super early for a sunday, as a certain airplane was landing soon.

Cottonee was confused by your antics, but Spearow reassured that you're completely stable and that your friends are finally coming.

"Row row!" She scolded and hid under the blanket, Cottonee mimicking her actions.
"Sorryyyy" You whined, "BUT THEY'RE FINALLY COMING TODAY! I CAN FINALLY TRAVEL THROUGHOUT THE UNOVA!" You squeaked and grabbed your bag, before going to eat breakfast, leaving the door open for the two pokémons to leave.

"Professor Juniper! When are you going to pick them up? I'm so siked!" 'Wasn't 'siked' Ash's line?-'
She laughed, "calm down, Y/N, I'll be leaving the moment I'm done eating"
"I can't wait!" You happily munched on your food.

Juniper soon left the lab, you and your pokémons waving at her as she drove away, but then you looked up.

The sky was dark and all the darkened clouds could be seen, floating towards the airport.

"Is it gonna rain today?" You worried, "hope not....guys, let's head inside"

[With Ash and others in the plane]

"The Unova Region" Ash said, looking at a magazine of Unova, "I bet there are all sorts of pokémon I've never seen before!"
"Same here! I wonder which new pokémons we will run into here!"
"Of course, its filled with pokémon. Pokémon you wont find in Kanto, Johto, Hoenn or Sinnoh!" Oak informed
"Thats awesome!" Arlo marveled
"I can't wait! Man, i hope we get there soon." He said, gazing out of the window with pikachu.
"What do you guys think? Will it be fun in Unova?" Arlo asked to his pokémons, "Ursa!" "Sle!" He smiled at their positive reaction, "huh?" His eyes caught the attention of a magazine peeping through the front of his seat.

Arlo tried to figure out the cover of the overly familiar magazine before giving up the thinking and took the magazine before realising what the cover was.

"Y/N, GALLADE, DAWN AND BUNEARY!" He shouted in disbelief
"Huh?" "Pika?"
"Oh my is that Y/N and Dawn on the cover of the magazine?" Delia asked
"My my! Now that was a sudden surprise there!" Oak laughed
"ASH/ARLO, IS THIS THE POKÉCHIC MAGAZINE?!" Ash and Arlo shouted in shock.

They instantly went through all the pages of tur magazine to see what pictures were taken of you two, and not gonna lie, Ash was a blushing mess, seeing you all dressed up pretty and striking poses with Dawn, Buneary and Gallade.

Man, he misses you.

"I wonder where they are right now" Ash smiled
"Yeah, we didn't even talked to her after arriving at Kanto, its been weeks since that....hope she's fine" Arlo sadly smiled, "do you think she's still in Sinnoh doing contests or did she already left for a new adventure"
"I think she's in a new region...a new place where there's both contests and a league!" "Chu!"

Oak and Delia on the other hand chuckled at the two boys' thoughts, while knowing where exactly you were at.

After landing

"We're here, Pikachu!" "Chaaa!"
"There you go Teddiursa, Plusle! A brand new place for a trip!" "'Rsa!" "'Sle!"

Everyone started walking to the port, but Pikachu and Plusle stopped and looked back at the clouds, far away before running a bit ahead and started sniffing.

"Hey Pikachu, whats up?" Ash asked, running near them.
"Plusle, are you okay?" Arlo asked in a worry.

In the middle of it all, the entire dock was empty as all the people were already inside the port and a bunch of clouds were coming near the dock in a fast pace.
