Lexi's POV

The next Monday, I woke up and got ready for school. I love hanging out with the guys, recording and playing games, but I was ready to go back. I grabbed my backpack and jacket and went out to the living room. "You ready for school" Mom asked. I nodded and went to the kitchen to grab a Pop tart. 20 minutes later, we were in the car on our way to my school. I got out and kissed my parents. They waved goodbye and drove off. No sooner do my parents leave, Uncle David pulled up to drop Kara off. I waved and he waved back. Kara walked up to me and waved goodbye to her dad. We walked up to the school, were Shayna, Kacey, and Maddi were standing. "Hey Lex. Why are you here" Maddi asked. Then I remembered she had been sick all of last week. "I go to school here now". She then came up and hugged me. "Can I see you're schedule". I pulled it out and showed it to her. "Oh we have the same gym class. And the same History class". Then, I heard someone call my name. I turned around and saw Mandi coming up to us. "Hey girls. What are we talking about". "Nothing that you should be concerned about" Kacey said. I saw Kara trying not to laugh. "Ok. What ever. Lexi. Do you want to sit with me and my friends at lunch". "No. That's ok. I have other people to sit with". "Oh ok. See you in math". She walked off with her group of friends. "Why would the most popular girl in school want me to sit with her". "I think I might know". We all look at Maddi. "She knows that you and your parents are on YouTube, being on Smosh and Smosh Games. She wants to be friends with you to be on YouTube and be famous. Just ignore her. Maybe thus will all go away". We all agree with her. The bell then rang, so we went on our way towards our first class. Maddi and I kicked everybody's butts at gymnastics again. We split up after gym, me going to biology and her going to math. I saw Kacey and went to go sit with her. After a grueling 2nd period, I went to history and found out I sat next to Maddi. I sat through English, my worst subject. Lunch finally came one grueling 45 minutes later. I walked to Lunch, only to run into Drew and who appeared to be his older brother or cousin. I looked down at my combat boots and stepped out of their way. As I looked up, Drew was staring at me as they walked away. I walked into the lunchroom and found our table. "Where have you been" Kara asked. "Nowhere". While we were talking, all I could think about was Drew. Why was he looking at me? I'm just another girl that goes to this school. He would probably use me, then drop me like a piece of trash. "Lexi". I look up and see everybody staring at me. "What". "What did you think about last nights American Idol"? Personally, I didn't watch it. I only watch the auditions with my parents, then I watch the final episode. "I thought it was ok". They nodded and went back to their conversion. 10 minutes later, I got up and threw away my trash. I grabbed my backpack and walked to math with Shayna. I walked into the math room and looked over at my table/desk. Mandi was sitting at the table on her phone, looking as popular as ever. I took in a deep breath, walked over and sat down. Mandi didn't even seem to notice. After math, I was called up to the teacher's desk. "Lexi. Why are you constantly talking in class". "I'm not the one starting the conversation. Mandi talks to me, and I try to ignore her, but she won't leave me alone". The teacher sent me off and I walked into the music classroom. The girls called me over. "Why were you this late? You normally walk in with Shayna everyday" Kacey asked. "I had to stay behind and talk to the teacher because Mandi won't stop talking to me, and I end up getting blamed for it". They nodded like that's happened to them before too. During class, I was picked to sing a solo for our up coming class concert. The entire class applauded at the end. Not to be nice, but because, as the teacher said, "the best one she's heard all week". I thought to myself 'she probably says that to every student'. But after class, everyone was saying that I was really good. I walked out to the parking lot to wait for my parents, or at least one of them. 10 minutes later, Dad pulled up in our car. I got into the front seat and closed the door. "Hi sweetie. How was school" he asked kissing my forehead. "It was good". He nodded and drove out of the parking lot.
