Lucia's POV

When I walked to my car after the awkward talk with Elena, I felt my phone buzz. A smile flashed across my face as soon as I saw who had texted me.

Pablo🦅

Damn

Do your knees not hurt when you slide around the floor like that?

Looks epic tho

Are you at home tonight?

Movie night?

Si o no?

You watched the game?

And no, my knees do not hurt much

I'm home yes 😇

Movie night only if we have snacks!

His texts were always all over the place, spamming me endlessly. Pablo told me once he didn't do it on purpose, it was just the way he texted. I wouldn't want it any other way though.

Of course I watched your game

Brb going to buy snacks

...Just for you

I arrived at my temporary home at around eight o'clock, seeing Pablo's car in the driveway. Apparently he already bought the snacks.

I walked into his house, seeing no sign of Pablo yet. After I called out his name once, he replied from his bedroom. I opened the door carefully and was met with a tired looking Pablo laying on his bed.

He flashed me an exhausted smile, then opened his arms for me to lay into. My body crashed down on top of his, my arms around his neck to embrace him in a much-needed hug.

"You played well." He spoke. I popped my head back up, so my arms were now laying on his upper chest and looked at him.

"Thank you." I smiled widely, happy that he watched my game.

"I would've come and watch but I think the paparazzi's have an eye on us." Pablo snarled; his fingers tangled in my hair.

"They do, I love how they already know I moved in with you." I spoke sarcastically.

His mouth moved into a thin line, I guess he didn't find my joke as funny as I did.

"Is that why you've had a stomachache yesterday?"

I only nodded at his answer, to which he moved me gently to the side. Pablo was propped up on his elbow, looking down at me.

"You should tell me when you're feeling like this." He spoke almost in a sad tone, making me feel a bit guilty.

"I will the next time, I promise." I tried to make him less worried, and it seemed to work when I pulled him down for another hug.

Gavis POV

I felt like I could fall asleep in Lucia's arms. She smelled fresh, I suppose she just had a shower after the game.

"Would you like to start with our movie night?" I heard her say and I just mumbled a quiet yes before rolling down next to her.

"I'll go get the snacks; you stay here." I told Lucia and sprinted downstairs to grab the bags full of various snacks. We shouldn't eat stuff like that, especially not me because I had a game tomorrow night, but I could not resist Lucia.
