We are delighted to see two young athletes take over whole Barcelona, if not whole Spain and win titles each season that passes.

Our board of directors would love to offer you, Lucia Torres, an official Nike ambassador deal until June 2028 and make you a part of our big athlete-family alongside your partner Pablo Gavi.
To commercialize a potential deal, our social media/promotion team would be eager to do an exclusive interview and photoshoot with you and Gavi. The question asked will be up to you two if you agree to do this.

„Wait what?" I wasn't sure if I heard right as I was still half asleep, looking at Pablo with big eyes.

„They offered you a contract querida." He laughed, carressing my thigh.

„Whoa." I slumped down on the bed again, not really believing I was just offered an official Nike contract for four years.

„You and me under contract for Nike doing advertising together, how cuute" Pablo cooed jokingly, earning a soft slap on his arm from me.

„I'm joking, think about it first and maybe discuss it with your parents or Andres. I need to go to practice now, text me if you made a decision." He hurriedly got up and kissed my cheek a last time before running out of our room to not be fined again by Xavi.

Suddenly I wasn't even tired anymore and immediately got up and ready to call Andres and inform my parents so they could come over soon.

Andres was apparently already informed and was about to call me, but I beat him to it.

Half an hour later, all three of them sat in our living room my mom and dad having the biggest smiles on their faces. Andres was a bit harder to read but it didn't take him long to begin talking.

„First of all congrats, as someone who wasn't under a contract by anyone, Nike is a pretty big deal. They actually already asked me after the World Cup about your options, but it didn't work out in the end. If I was you I'd accept the offer, it is a good deal. But  be aware that the interview and different shootings for their campaigns will give you unwanted publicity again. Some people will love it, some will hate it."

Of course Andres was right, but these last months were going mentally very well. I still didn't download TikTok or Instagram and I felt like another person. Also, the fans were much more supportive as they realized what Pablo and me had was genuine.

„I thought about that too, but I really want to do this. I feel like this is another chance for me and career which I worked really hard for."

„I'm actually almost pissing my pants." Pablo groaned, his leg bouncing nervously as he sat in the car waiting for me.

„Me too." I grimaced, not helping the situation we were currently in.

We sat in Pablo's audi, driving to the place where the shooting and interview would take place. To be honest, I didn't know how my boyfriend agreed to do an interview and a photoshoot as he hated cameras.
