Lucia's POV

Faint noises of cars driving around the empty streets could be heard and the moonlight was shining directly into our room. It was about three in the morning and I laid awake in Pablo's arms. He was snoring lightly besides me, his chest slowly moving up and down. In contrast to him, I was a light sleeper. The slightest sound would wake me up, so here I was, awake as whole Barcelona was sleeping soundly.

As I took a nap after practice today, which was accidentally too long, I knew I wouldn't be sleeping any time soon. My mind started to wander and thoughts of the last two months consumed my brain.

It was already the end of February, Pablo and me were working day in, day out, practicing everyday. Everything was going great so far, which made me smile from one ear to the other in the darkness of our room. I thought about what all had happened in these past two months and a warm feeling spread through my body.

Right after we came home from Málaga, Pablo offered to move my stuff into his house.

--

„Do you need help amor?" I asked Pablo, seeing him struggle with the stacked up boxes in his arms. He shook his head, groaning once or twice once he reached the chairs.

„No it's alright, move out of the way please." He huffed, little droplets of sweat rolling down his forehead.

After our New Year's night, we just chatted about everything and anything. Pablo then offered to move the few boxes himself right when we would get home. My furniture such as the couch, table or bed frame was donated to a charity for people in need. I only took the rest like my clothes, pictures or vanity table over to his house. Still, after living alone for some time now, I accumulated quite a few of things over the year, which I didn't want to get rid of.

„Put those muscles to use!" I cheered and teased my boyfriend who was carrying my vanity table back upstairs into the guest bedroom.

He gave me a glare but walked upstairs nevertheless. As Pablo came back, he immediately caged me in his strong arms, making me cringe. „You're sweaty!" I exclaimed while I was laughing, and tried to wiggle myself free. I usually loved his arm muscles and grip, but right now I wished he wasn't so strong. Even though I worked out almost every day, I had no chance to wiggle myself free.

„Go take a shower, I'll unpack my things in the meantime." I giggled but my boyfriend still wouldn't budge. He nuzzled his nose against my ear, tickling me slightly as he spoke.

„Come shower with me." Pablo whispered after some time, drawing soft circles on my skin. My cheeks grew deep red and I even thought about it for a second, enjoying his hands on me, but I wanted to have unpacked everything by tonight.

„Not today, ask me again tomorrow. But you can gladly help me unpack the boxes once you're done." I winked and walked upstairs, leaving him standing there with a small smile on his face.

After Pablo got out of the shower, he helped me putting my clothes in the designated space of his closet. We had much fun while doing so, Pablo wouldn't stop rating every peace of clothing he got in his hands, not even my underwear.

„Stop examining my granny underwear!" I snatched the undies out of his hands, while Pablo had a sly grin etched on his face.

„What's in those boxes?" He then asked as we were finished with my clothes.

„Hm, probably my jerseys and awards." I shrugged but Pablo was keen on having a look at them too.

„We should hang them up next to our Barça corner downstairs!" I smiled at his idea, loving how he always talked about the both of us.
