Chapter 50

— Carlos POV —

I have her alone in my car, I'm so nervous. 'I have a lot of things planned for us.' I say to her. I don't get a response so I look at her. She is staring out of the window, the grab her attention I place my hand on her knee. She turns to me surprised, 'sorry did you say anything? I was lost in my thoughts.' She chuckles at me. She looks at the position of my hands and I see her biting her lower lip.

'Don't worry about it, I was saying I have a lot of things planned for us. So we are going back to the hotel to freshen up and then we can go grab some food.' While I talk to her I keep stroking her knee. She hadn't pulled away yet, so I saw that as a positive sign.

We arrive at the hotel, I grab Ella's stuff and guide her to our room. 'Okay I'm going to take a quick shower!' Ella says. I go sit on the bed for a bit and wait for her to get ready. I hear her shutting off the shower, all of a sudden I am startled by Ella getting out of the bathroom in just her underwear. I can't help it but take in her beauty. 'You're staring' she says shyly.

I look into her eyes, 'sorry I wasn't expecting this' i feel the blood rushing to my cheeks. 'You like what you see then?' You says cockily. 'I really do.' I say, I feel her getting closer to me. She stands at the end of the bed standing with her legs next to mine. She gets on the bed, sitting on top of me, straddling my lap.
'Ella what are you doing ?' I breath heavily, she really doesn't know what she's doing to me.

'Oh Carlos I missed you so much' she says while coming closer. I also reach over to her, closing the gap between our lips. I crash our lips together, i feel the fireworks erupting in my stomach. I go with my tongue over her lips asking for acces. After some teasing she moans a little granting me it. We stay like this for a while, until me phone starts ringing.

'Oh shit that will be Lando to meet up' I say. We separate and try to catch our breath. 'Sorry for letting this go a bit too far, I don't want to give you the wrong idea. I think we should take this slow' Ella says. 'No worries Ella, we can go as fast or as slow as you want.' I say. We get ready to leave for dinner.

'Hi guys, we didn't think you would join us.' Lando chuckles. I feel the blood rushing to my cheeks. 'What? No we where just getting a quick shower and getting ready. Have you guys been here long?' I ask trying to change the subject to them. 'No, we missed each other big time so we haven't been here long either.' Lottie says. 'Too much information!' Ella says with a laugh, then she leans in closer to Lottie and says. 'Later I want a detailed update.' The girls start laughing together.

We order some drinks and are waiting on our food, under the tabel I reach over to Ella and place my hand on her knee again. How I love to have her here with me. On the other side of the table Lottie and Lando are really close and suddenly they share a kiss. It catches me by surprise, 'so does this mean you guys are a thing?'. Lando and Lottie look at each other with a lot of love in their eyes. ' yes we are.' Lando says shyly. I'm so happy for my friend, he really deserves this. But at the same time i'm also really jealous. This could have been Ella and me if I hadn't screwed up.
