Chapter 18

— Ella POV —

I step outside of Carlos driver room and I take my phone to sent Lottie a text. I see she already texted me 5 minutes ago saying she was going to our seats.

When I arrive at our seats, I already see a radiant Lottie. ' so how was the meet and greet with Lando?' I ask happily
'Girl, it was amazing we spend all this time together and talked about everything and nothing at the same time. Lando is the most down to earth, easy going person I have ever met. So happy I got this opportunity, just because Carlos is trying to get into your pants!' She looked at my with a smirk on her face.

'For your information we didn't do anything, i mean we did kiss' I look at Lottie waiting for her to acknowledge what I just said.
'You did what? I'm so happy for you! I have told you manny times to get back in the saddle.' Lottie's eyes are shining.
' I told him the Derek story' Lottie doesn't need more information.
' Got it you really like him then, so proud of you for opening up about that.' She said with a proud look.

I'm just not ready to give me completely to him. I mean he says he is not playing with me, and he isn't a playboy. But I still have some concerns, like how would this even work? I have my own job, family, friends and they are all here in Belgium. The last thing I want to do is give up on everything and just follow him around like a sad puppy.'

' wow, you clearly thought this trough big time' Lottie chuckles. 'Maybe it's time to take a risk here, don't start this with your entire future planned. Just see where this takes you?' Lottie looks at me with here eyebrows raised to check my reaction.
'Maybe you are right, planning ahead get's you nowhere. Look at the future I had planned with Derek. I promise I won't overthink this.' Lottie is looking at me proudly. ' You really have come a long way Ella, I love you so much' we share a big hug and turn our attention back to the track, sprint race is about to start.

P4 for Carlos, not bad he definitely gave it his all. Since it was the last race we decided to go back to the hotel. I also sent a quick message to Carlos, just to congratulate him.

After getting refreshed in the hotel, Lottie and me were deciding what to do. We didn't really feel like going out again, it had been an exhausting day already. Suddenly my phone made the notification sound. I checked my phone and I couldn't help but smile at my screen. 'What is it? What did Carlos sent?' Lottie was smirking at me. 'What how do you know it's a text from Carlos?'
'Oh please girl, don't try to fool me! Spill what is he saying?' Lottie really does know me inside and out.
'Carlos was asking if I wanted to go to his hotelroom, he said Lando would be there too and was asking if you would also like to join? Something about not wanting to be third wheeling.' I don't want to leave Lottie alone, so if she doesn't want to go then it's a no for me.

'Are you serious, THE Lando Norris wants to be in my presence, count me in! When are we leaving?' Lottie screams bouncing on the bed. God what do I love that woman. She is always ready to push me in the right direction. I shoot a quick text to Carlos to confirm our plans, he says we can join them as soon as we can. He sends his room number, so we get ready to head their direction.

We arrive at the hotel, enter the elevator and wait for the doors to close. I already sent him a text telling him we were almost there. The boys were going to meet us at the elevator.

Unfortunately luck isn't on my side and Tom gets into the elevator.
'Look who we have here! Are you coming back for more?' I realise how creepy he looks, being completely sober.
'Please Tom don't flatter yourself, I'm here for somebody else. By the way I would appreciate it if you don't talk trash about me to everybody on track. Really low blow.' I look him straight in the eyes.
He comes closer and pushes me against the wall, he reaches for my ear and whispers, ' Darling please I know you liked it and if we weren't interrupted, I would have fucked you.'
I was trying to push from under him, me and Lottie both pushing against him, 'get of me you creep!'
He pushed his erection against me, ' if you want you can come to my room and I will show you a good time. You can feel I'm already ready for you.'

I feel tears rolling over my cheeks, I can't believe this is happening. Lottie and I keep pushing but we just aren't strong enough.
