ED disorder and emetophobia warning. It's after the second _______ when it focuses back on Aj.

Aj woke up in Sharky's bedroom for the second night. It had been 3 days since Niko had gone and it wasn't getting any easier for him.  The whole reason that Aj awoke was because of a knock to his door. He hummed in reply to the person at the door.

"I'm coming in, Aj" Sharky called out and then opened the door.

Sharky walked in holding a tray of food which was clearly meant for Aj. Sharky woke up at 11 AM and decided to let Aj sleep for a bit. Half an hour later he thought he might as well make the man breakfast so he toasted some pancakes from a packet and poured a glass of milk.

"They aren't homemade pancakes but be grateful for that cause I'm not a chef." Sharky laughed and put the tray down on the table beside the bed. There was already light shining through the curtains so he thought it was pointless to pull them.

"Pancakes..?" Aj asked

"Yep"

"I can't have that..." Aj had just woken up and tears had already started to well up in his eyes. He remembered the pancakes that he and Niko had made for each other. Those pancakes would never ever compare to any other pancake in Aj's opinion.

"Uh... why?" Sharky was confused. "Oi why are you crying?!" Sharky really didn't know what was happening. It was way too early for this.

Aj quickly wiped a tear from his eye. "Nothing. I can't eat that Sharks"

"Why?"

"Just can't. Thank you though" Aj smiled at his friend

"Then I'll get you something else. But you need to eat." Sharky then looked around. "Where's your plate that had the pizza in it?" He noticed the plate had never been returned to him.

"Uh..." Aj paused. "Don't remember."

"Oh okay" Sharky brushed it off quite quick. "Anyways, I'll make an egg for you." He picked the tray back up and walked towards the door.

"No, don't go through the effort man I won't eat it." Aj tries to convince him.

"Shush, you're eating." Sharky argued. "Go brush your teeth" He told the shorter man, but before he stepped out the door he paused once more.

"Where's yesterday's lunch? And the day before that's breakfast. The plates I mean, where are they?" Sharky had realised all his plates had been going missing.

"I washed the lunch plate myself and I'm not not sure where breakfast went" Aj replied quickly.

"Hm..." Sharky hummed and walked out.

Aj sat up in his bed. He stretched out and rested his arms on his knees. He felt good today. Apart from the sudden outburst of tears, and apart from Aj missing Niko like fucking crazy. Don't forget the fact that he'd been lying to Sharky and in fact had not eaten in about 4 days. Yeah, the short man was actually really hungry and felt weak but he just didn't have the appetite to eat. Well, apart from all that? Aj felt great. He wondered what Niko was up to right now. Was he thinking about him? Did he miss him as much as Aj did?

Niko. Was. Miserable. Honestly, this holiday sucked. Sure he went out on nice walks and ate really good food but he had never once been as bored as he was right now. Brielle didn't know how Niko had his fun. If he was with Aj, the two would have gone up to random strangers and done stupid stuff with them. If he was with Aj he'd have had so much more fun. But he wasn't with Aj, he was with Brielle. He was with his girlfriend who he should love.

But if he should really love her, then why wasn't Niko feeling anything? It's wrong that he'd been sat in a deep make out with the girl and his mind wasn't even in it. Wait what?

Brielle had put an arm around Niko's neck as the two sat on their shared bed, making out passionately. That's when Niko decided to start putting in more effort. He needed to feel something. He wasn't gay. He didn't like Aj, Aj was a man.

Niko started to pull his girlfriend in closer, kissing her harder. Feel something. Niko begged himself.

Brielle pulled Niko's collar, bringing them even closer together.

Why don't I feel anything? Niko started to breath heavily. He gripped Brielle's waist harshly.

"Niko..?" Brielle asked, confused about the aggression that the taller man was putting in.

Niko ignored her. I don't feel anything!

"Niko, what happened?" Brielle tried to pull herself away from him for a second, seeing the stress on her boyfriend's face.

Niko ignored her once more. You aren't gay Niko. What would r dad say?

Niko, in his own mind, accidentally ended up biting Brielle's lip, causing it to bleed.

"Ow! Nikolas!" She shouted out in pain.

Nikolas... I'm a disappointment.

A tear rolled down Niko's cheek. Disappointment.

Aj was alone in Sharky's house. The man had gone out for a video and Aj insisted he was fine at home on his own. The egg that Sharky made had completely gone to waste. Not that he would let Sharky know obviously, but Aj didn't eat it. He couldn't eat it. Aj stared at himself in the full length mirror in Sharky's bathroom.

Its not enough. Aj thought. He realised he lost a bit of weight but it was not at all enough for him to eat yet. He had to do more.

Aj leaned down at the floor of the toilet and opened the lid up once more. It's for my own good...

Aj brung his middle and ring finger to his mouth, his body shaking vigorously. He jammed his fingers down his throat until he gagged hard. He stuck it back down one more time until he gagged again. Tears started to fall from Aj's eyes. He forced his fingers back down his throat once more until a bit of throw up had come out. It tasted horrible, like he was tasting food past the expiry date. Aj, one last time, pushed his fingers down his throat the furthest that he could bring them and the man threw up violently.

After the vomit was all out, Aj spat out the access taste in his mouth along with it in the toilet and flushed it, dropping to his hands and knees on the floor. The poor man was exhausted. Tears kept falling from his face with no intention to stop.

It's for my own good. Aj tried to convince himself. He leaned up against the bathroom walls and his eyes slowly started to shut.

But maybe I can just take a little break.
