"Okay, it's time." Shoko says nervously. I giggle, passing her my laptop. We have been sitting here for the last four hours, waiting for her med school application responses. Knowing Shoko, she probably got into every school she applied to. A benefit of being a Jujutsu High student is skipping college prerequisites. With such a limited number of students, they are able to provide us with proper education allowing us to test out of some university credits. "I'm too scared to look." Shoko says, turning the laptop back to me. I click the top email and begin to read it aloud.

"Congratulations Shoko Ieiri..." I begin. Shoko cuts me off, jumping from her seat. "I got in!" She screeches, not needing (nor wanting) to read the rest of the email. I continue reading to myself. "Yep. Says it here, you got in." She pulls me into a hug, swaying me back and forth. I match her energy, excited my best friend is meeting her goals. "I'm gonna be a college girl! I can get drunk every night!" She says, dancing in a silly way.

After running out of breath she falls onto my bed. I lay next to her, smiling ear to ear. "Congratulations, Shoko." I say, looking at her with my smile. "And what about you? You decide what you're gonna do after the summer?" She asks, it's the same question she asked me last year. I sit up, still smiling. "Gojo and I are gonna become teachers here." I tell her, knowing that's the only acceptable answer. "I knew it! You're gonna be a great teacher!" She says, excitement still showing through tone.

We are due to graduate tomorrow evening, and have graduation photos scheduled in the morning. I am honestly really excited. Even though my plans aren't set in stone, teaching for now doesn't sound so bad. It will work until I figure out how I can get out of here. With or without Gojo. There is a chance the higher ups or other society members will try and scout me down if I leave after graduation, so it's best to keep any plans I have to myself.

"Well since I am officially a future med school student, we should go out for drinks." I give Shoko a look. The last time we went out together Geto and Gojo had to rescue our drunken selves from a bar fight. "Well, it is a big day for you." I say, reluctantly accepting. "Yay! I'm gonna go get ready!" She lets out, running out the door and in the direction of her flat. "But we aren't staying out for too long!" I yell down the hallway to her.

I shoot Gojo a text, letting him know of our whereabouts. I pick out a casual outfit, and do my normal makeup steps. I know this may be one of the last times Shoko and I are able to go out before teaching courses begin.

"Then go outside, you stupid bitch!" Shoko screams across the bar, to another two girls. "Satoruuuu! Let me down!" I say, kicking my legs and pounding on his back. Shoko and I have been here for about three hours, increasingly testing our limits as the night went on. By the time Gojo got here we were already wasted out of our minds.

I loosen the grip Gojo had on me, and run to where Shoko is. Usually, she is a chill, down to earth girl... but when she drinks she tends to get a bit rowdy. "Both of you, come on!" Gojo yells at us, when suddenly a shoe hits his head. I look at the group of people Shoko and I were arguing with. Two girls and one guy. Though Gojo is the most sober right now, Geto would typically be the one to break up this kind of stuff. Even sober, Gojo would never turn the opportunity to argue.

Gojo, now having been involved in the altercation, has joined Shoko and I in yelling. "Don't you throw shit at my boyfriend!" I say, throwing myself onto the girl with a missing shoe. It's like any hand to hand combat skills had exited my body when the liquor entered. The other girl and I sat there and tousled like two stray cats. "This is ridiculous" the other girl says, involving herself in the fight. "Oh no! Don't you lay a finger on (y/n)!" Says Shoko, smacking the second girl across her head. This started a second fight happening simultaneously to my own. I see the other male attempt to approach, Gojo stopping him with a hand on his shoulder. "Don't you dare." He says, giving the man a look and pushing him the opposite direction.
