Ikalma mo, Bea. Paulit-ulit na paalala ko sa sarili. But how can I fucking calm down when these pictures of them are everywhere?
I'm still staring at Cait's last message.

Please, Bei, let's talk. Hmm? Wait for me.
"Saan ka pupunta, ate Bei?"
I stood up and about to leave when Thang noticed me. We're having some drinks at my unit and I just wanted to calm myself down and take a walk outside the building.
"Will buy more drink, babalik din."
"Samahan na kita!"
"Hindi na. I can manage.. Besides, I'm not that drunk naman. Hindi rin naman ako magdadrive, diyan lang ako sa convenience store bibili."
Ayaw pa sina nilang pumayag na hayaan akong umalis mag-isa but I insisted. Habang papunta ako sa lobby ay hindi ko mapigilang mag-isip. Anytime now, darating na siya. Magagalit ba ako? The thing is.. hindi ko alam. Hindi ko alam kung ano ba dapat ang maramdaman ko.
Should I feel jealous? Should I envy them? Should I get mad? Or frustrated? Kahit pala gaano kalaki 'yung trust na binibigay mo sa isang tao, it could get shaken up pa rin pala talaga.
"Can I get 10 more bottles of Smirnoff, please? And uhm.. can you also put it in an ecobag?"
I waited for the cashier to get my change and went back to the building again.
"Ma'am Bea, dumating na po si ma'am." kuya John, one of the building's guards.
I smiled at him. "Oh.. Thanks for the update, kuya. I'll go ahead then."
Hindi naman ako kinakabahan kanina, pero ngayon para akong nanlalamig. I can't even grip the bag tightly. When I went out of the elevator, nakita ko na agad sila.. Sabay nila akong nilingon nang malapit na ako.
"Bakit hindi kayo pumasok? They're inside."
Hindi ko rin alam bakit ganito na lang ako makipag-usap sa kanila ngayon. Even I, myself could feel the coldness of my tone.
"Uhm.. Was just dropping her off. Uuwi na rin ako, ate Bei. Papakita lang ako sa kanila." Deanna answered.
Hinintay niya muna akong tumango bago siya pumasok sa loob. Naiwan kaming dalawa ni Cait sa labas. She couldn't even look straight into my eyes.
And as soon as Deanna went inside my unit, Cait instantly held my hand. "Bea.."
"Not now. Let's talk later, Caitlin." I answered while slowly trying to pull away my hand from her.
Walang umimik sa aming pareho hanggang sa lumabas si Deanna kasama sila Isa dahil ihahatid nila ito sa labas.
"Ate Bei, nakabalik ka na pala, eh. Hindi pa kayo pumasok.." sabay turo ni Isa sa aming dalawa.
