A flaming warrior

Chapter 7

Training day usually goes the same way it always does. But today was different. I was in the training room waiting for Eva since we always train together. Chloe and Jacqueline always watch us but this time Amanda and Sashi joined to watch. Eva walked in but Eva was naked. "Eva, did you really need to be naked for this?" Jacqueline asked but Eva didn't respond at all. Then we looked at Eva's body, there were scars on her body. "Are those the places she cut herself when she was...you know?" Sashi asked but had a hard time getting the last words out. "It is," Eva said. "It's what's on my mind every time I train, battle or spar. I always made it to wear I hid my scars but today I refuse to, i don't want to hide them anymore." Eva said looking sad. "So this is why you have been acting the way you have for a while. Were you hoping that you could show your scars and we just not notice it since you would always be naked all the time?" Jacqueline asked. Eva only said one word and that was yes. Eva then powered up and got into her fighting stance. Eva, are you okay today? I asked her. "I'm fine sister," Eva said but she didn't sound like her bubbly self. She wasn't happy still but I couldn't figure out what was going on yet. I looked at Amanda, she had a sad look on her face. I stopped thinking about it and pulled out my katana. The spirits came out and looked at Eva too before going back into my katana.

Eva charged at me and tried to punch me but I blocked it with my left hand with my right hand I tried to take my katana and slice at her, my katana hit her arm but she wasn't phased by it at all. I could tell it hit since she had a "that hurt" face but she powered through it and blasted me back with her void magic. I charged at her again and tried to hit her multiple times but each time she would just block it. I did one final attack but she grabbed my blade and tried to push against me, I pushed back and kept using all my power to knock her down but she was doing the same. The more I keep using all my energy the more it hurts since my body can't handle it, everyone is like that. I wanted to give up but kept pushing and took a chance with uppercutting Eva, surprisingly it worked and I was able to hit her with a flaming fist right in her face which caused a blast to happen. Me and Eva were on the ground panting but we both got up. I laid my katana on the ground and Eva began fighting again using our powers to try and overpower the other. I then used my magic to slow Eva down but it just wasn't working at all, her void magic on top of her shockwave powers was very annoying to deal with. We keep going and going but then we just ran out of energy completely. We both collapsed to the floor again panting very tired. We both tried to get up but were too sore to even move at all, Sashi healed us both but we were still very sore. We finally got up and sat down.

"Actually let's do a different way of training from now on, this is not going to work anymore," Sashi said concerned. "Sorry," Eva said looking down and sad. "You feel useless don't you?" Amanda asked Eva. "Maybe," Eva said still with her head down. Why do you feel useless Eva? I asked her. "Cause every time I do any battle I always get hurt badly. This last one I couldn't even fight back after being hurt, I thought I was strong enough but it's just never enough but you all get hurt and you're able to still do something" Eva explained. "It could just be how you fight, your aggressive style doesn't really work a lot of the time. You need to fight more safely. Doesn't mean you can't use your fighting style just have to use it more in a better way" Amanda explained to Eva. "I can try next time we train or fight something," Eva said lifting her head up. "We might have something for you all tonight but in the meantime, you four go relax and Eva put on clothes," Amanda said head patting Eva and giggling. We all left the training room and put on our casual clothes to go outside.

Chloe wanted to get some seeds from the store and start a garden in the backyard, so we decided to help her with it. Once we were all ready we flew out to the store. Everyone there greeted us and was so lovely to us. Chloe brought a bunch of seeds which we were confused about why she needed that many but we trusted that she knew what she was doing. We flew all the way back home and landed in the backyard. "Once we can get multiple greenhouses back here I can do more but for now, just basic stuff. Eva and Rachel you two planet strawberries where I'm standing, Jacqueline you plant this peach tree seed right beside them and I'll plant these roses, hydrangea, sunflowers, and daisies over here to keep the flowers away from the fruit" Chloe said handing us seeds. We all got to planting the seeds, next, we all watered the seeds and saw Chloe using her natural powers to give them a little bit of love. "Now we just keep coming back here every day or so and watering them unless it rains," Chloe said happily. "What time is it now?" Eva asked. It's only 2pm and we have nothing else to do really. We all stood there and thought about what to do but then a baby wyvern came flying at us landing on the ground and drinking water from a bucket I was using to water the seeds. "It's okay he's safe," Tuya told us flying to us giggling. "Is this that monster we fought? Why is it a baby now?" Eva asked worried. "Cause I turned it into an egg remember. I plan to make a place for a lot of them if we can turn a few into babies. That way their safe'' Tuya explained to us as the wyvern flew back to her making cute baby noises. "Anyways I just wanted to show him to you all, I'm heading back home to see you all," Tuya said flying away with the wyvern. As we saw Tuya flying away the kitten and puppy came out of the house to play with us. We played with them in the backyard until sunset. Once the sunset the puppy fell asleep in my lap and the kitten kept wanting to play but just didn't have the energy to move anymore. We washed both the pets, let them eat and drink water, and got their cute little beds ready for them. Once the pets fell asleep we all got washed up and went to sleep too, though for me I got this weird feeling that I had done everything before. I had deja vu before but this one felt way too strong.
