Chapter 8

Today was not a very good day. We woke up like always and ate but were told Ashley needed us again. Another portal opened up but this time in an empty baseball field. Tuya reported that it has the same energy as the last wyvern we fought. "Chloe and I will stay here for support like Sashi, Tuya, and Irene. Eva and you with Chris go out like last time. Here Irene said to use this once the monster is asleep to put it to sleep" Jacqueline said handing me a bag of powder. "Remember to also drain it from its darkness before you do this" Jacqueline reminded me. "Tuya might not help that much. Tuya has been trying to figure out a sky base for all these pets once we start getting a lot of them," Sashi said. We all got done eating and left the house. Eva and I met up with Chris and flew out to meet up with Ashley. While we were flying over there we detected this big burst of energy from nowhere. "Everyone...we... emergency...not Leona but something else pl...HURRY!!" Ashley said over our devices. We were confused by Ashley sending out a SOS even though we were close to her but we started flying quicker towards her. Once we got there we saw Sashi, Irene, Tuya, our parents, Tyler, Chloe, and Jacqueline all there. But what surprised us was Ashley holding Leona in her arms. "What happened Ashley?" My father asked. Leona was badly hurt and she just had no energy coming from her. "Leona walked out the portal saying it was too late and that she should have just done it but as she was saying this she got hit with a big blast from that portal," Ashley told us while still holding Leona. Irene went over to Ashley and picked up Leona and looked at her then looked at the portal. "I sense someone," Irene said, getting behind all of us. "No shit you sense someone cause someone is here," A voice said through the portal. "Leona?" Eva asked. "You learn who I am soon enough, but in the meantime how about you just save that little one right there. Oh wait you all don't care about her cause if you did this would have never happened now would Irene?" The voice said somewhat taunting Irene. "I did not cause any of this. '' Irene started getting angry. "You did. You all did. Cause if it wasn't for you Leona wouldn't have fully embraced darkness and tried to use it with light to re-write the world. Oh wait, maybe I caused this a little bit oops" The voice said breaking out into a laugh. "Here to have this trophy" The person on the other side of the portal then threw a head onto the ground, it was Terra's head. Terra was the old leader of everyone back in the past before being exiled from the group for starting to turn evil...we don't talk about her. "Terra was the one to tell you all to exile Leona wasn't it, well I wanted to kill her from the beginning so I did something. I won't tell you cause I'm still keeping up the deal I had with you all. You take care of these monsters and I'll give you want 'cause I'm not about to just kill you immediately' ' The person said. "Why would we still accept this deal?" My father asked. "Cause why not? Cause if you try to fight me and lose then you're mine, if you beat me you still don't have all your friends who I have now do you? And also this isn't your first time making a deal with someone evil now is it Johnny?" The person laughed again but this time walking out of the portal. "Don't I look lovely, I'm just like the real one? '' The person said. They looked just like Leona but their eyes were glowing purple and their hair was much longer. "Call me angel rather fitting name isn't it?" Angel asked us. We wanted to fight them but Irene told all of us not to. "Irene knows better it seems. Again if you defeat the monsters I let you know stuff a little bit at a time. Soooo is that a deal?" Angel asked with a big ass grin on her face. "Fine," Irene said. "Good now I doubt all of you can fight this monster but maybe you should honestly so you can die quicker" Angel snaps her fingers as a roar comes through the portal and a huge burst of energy again. "Have fuuuuunnn" Angel said jumping through the portal. "Irene, Sashi, Ashley, and wifey you three take Leona back to the main base. My daughters, Chris, Tyler, and Tuya you all stay with me. Four people aren't going to be able to do this" My father ordered.

Everyone got ready to fight while the others flew back to base with Leona. "Johnny I don't know about this" Tuya said sounding worried. "We have to do this no matter what. If we don't then darkness takes over this world again" Father said. A huge monster comes flying out of the portal. "Chloe" Jacqueline looked at Chloe. "Fuck" Chloe stated. "It's the most powerful variant of this monster but...why this" Chloe was cut off by Tuya. "Forget it we just have to do what we did last time and it's over. Focus it's tail but this time break its stomach. We can weaken it even more by hitting that spot. Also, try to break its head as well" Tuya told us what to do. "Also Tyler use your lighting a lot. Lighting is its weakness and also its fireballs have a bigger blast" Jacqueline also informed us. "It's about time you helped your friends," Yorisue said to Tuya. "Hush your fucking mouth I said I was sorry," Tuya said angrily getting back into her attack stance. The beautiful silver wyvern came flying back to us with its stomach glowing with energy, it started shooting fireballs at us which caused a huge explosion. Tyler shot a light blast out of his hand as we all jumped into the sky to dodge the fireball. The wyvern flinched even stunned by the lighting blast. "That worked!" Tyler yelled out excitedly. "Wait how did you know that would work?" Tyler questioned Chloe and Jacqueline. "Nothing just stay focused" Chloe demanded. We attacked the wyvern in mini-groups. me, Tuya, Chris, and Jacquline were attacking it from the front to have its attention, Mom, Dad, and Chloe with help from Tyler attacked it from behind as well as Eva who supported all of us with heals and holding down the wyvern tail so mom and dad could cut the tail. After a while, we were able to get the wyvern energy lower. Me, Tuya, and Chris applied so many cuts on the wyvern and Tuya was even able to break its stomach which caused it to get very weak in the first place. But it was still so strong. Tuya and Dad got badly hurt by a fireball, Mom was too tired to even be able to attack. Even though Dad was still hurt and protected Mom as much as he could so she didn't get hurt. Jacquline also protected Mom as much as she could with her shield and even tanked a few blast and tail swings but the wyvern was so powerful.

Eva charged the wyvern and punched the hell out of it, the wyvern kept trying to attack Eva but Eva was surprised to dodge the wyvern attacks more and more. "Sis I'm going to get hit with a blast you all use as much energy as you can to shoot a blast with me," Eva said standing there as the wyvern's stomach glowed one more time getting ready for a blast. "This is not worth it" Tyler stated. "No this is correct. She is right to do this. Just trust her'' Chloe said way too calmly. The wyvern shot a huge blast at Eva. Right before it hit her a void aura appeared around Eva. The blast got absorbed by Eva and Eva's whole body started to glow with void energy. "NOW" Eva screamed at the top of her lungs. Me, Chris, Tyler, Jacqueline, and Chloe all shot a blast with Eva back at the wyvern but the blast that Eva shot out was so huge and got even bigger with our blast. It made direct contact with the wyvern causing a huge explosion in the process. "Pu...it to sleep," Eva said as her energy vanished and she collapsed to the floor. Once the dust settled and we could see the wyvern still barely alive, I ran up and threw the sleep powder at it. It went to sleep even though it tried to stay awake. The powder was too much for it.

It was finally fucking over. Tuya did her magic and turned it into an egg, the egg was silver and with pretty particles coming off of it. A portal opened up again while we were looking at the egg. "I'm surprised. I was hoping you die here. But a deal is a deal so you will get a little bit of information. The Terra that you know was actually from my world, my universe. I wonder why she fled hahaha" Angel's voice came through the portal. "Again I'm so surprised you all made it through this battle, I'm excited to see how much we can push you all. This makes me feel so gooood" Angel's voice went higher pitch and more lustful. "Who the fuck is WE?" Chloe asked. "You'll know one day if you don't die. But please don't die yet, that would hurt me soooo much. But goodbye" Angel said before the portal closed. "Well fuck us then I guess," Chris said very pissed off. "Hello? Are you all safe" Sashi asked over the device. "Yes, we're safe. Dad is badly hurt though and Mom has no energy at all" Tuya responded. "Come to the base, please. I'm afraid we may have more issues" Sashi said. "How's Leona? Has she talked?" Tuya asked. "That's the problem, her memory is shot. She barely remembers anything" Sashi said. I picked up Mom and Tyler picked up Dad as we all flew to the main base. We only really go to the main base once a week and that's to see Dad and Mom but rarely do we have to cause of a mission. I guess this main base is going to be getting used again more frequently.

We all made it to the base and walked through the door as some clerics were waiting for us. To took Mom and Dad with them so they could get rest and heal. Tuya led us to the room Sashi, Irene, and Ashley were in so we could what was wrong with Leona. We walked in and saw Leona but her hair was a different color this time, it was completely gray. Irene was holding her and crying. "It was all my fault," Irene said crying. "How is it your fault? What did you do? You were helping me before." Leona said sounding confused. "So that's how her memory is," Tuya said. "Hi, Tuya. Where have you been?" Leone asked. "And who are they? They look very cool especially one with the punk outfit on" Leona asked smiling. We noticed Tuya was trying to hold back her tears. My name is Rachel, these are my sisters Eva, Jacqueline, and Chloe, and then these are our two friends Chris and Tyler I told her. "If I could get up I would love to hug you all, but I'm very drained. Whoever that person was, was very strong. Who are they?" Leona asked. We don't know yet, we were hoping you knew I said to her. "Why would I know?" Leona asked. "I think if you ever get your memory fully back, you'll remember everything," Eva said cheerfully. "Still doesn't feel like I lost my memory but at the same time, it does feel like I'm forgetting a lot. The last thing I fully remember fighting something with everyone but that's it" Leona said looking dazed. Leona, I think you should rest, would you like to come to our house and rest? I asked her. "Can I decorate the room?" Leona asked. "Yeah we don't mind at all if you do," Eva said happily. Everyone said their goodbyes and my sisters with back home with Leona in Eva's hands and all called it a night to this stressful day. The next day I woke up in bed but felt something crawling on me. When I opened my eyes it was a baby dragon. "Oh sorry about that he just wanted to say hi and be noisy. He's my pet that Tuya gave me" Leona said standing over me. "I was trying to get him without waking you up but that failed I see," Leona said picking up her dragon. "He's still called unknown. Yes, I never named him or I might of I don't remember. To be honest, still after that big battle, I don't remember shit. But anyway I'll leave you alone to get more sleep. Goodnight cool samurai person. Well good morning but it's early morning...goodnight morning" Leona said walking out of my room with her dragon. I have no fucking idea what's happening anymore but I didn't feel like thinking about it so I went back to sleep
