Chapter 6

We got back to base and sat down on the sofa. Me and Eva were too tired to even talk. We then caught our breath, brought in the tail, and laid it on the ground right when Jacqueline walked in. Jacqueline's face seemed to light up as she quickly took the tail and shard and went to what I like to call the futuristic smart room aka "Jacqueline room that she goes to when she making something". "I wonder what she's going to do with that," Chloe said drawing a picture of a desert. "Don't know, don't care I'm too tired to think" Eva said face first on the couch. Where did Sashi go? I asked Chloe. "She went back home to meet up with Tuya about the egg, she wanted to know why Tuya made that wyvern into an egg," Chloe asked still drawing her dessert. As I was about to sit down Jacqueline came running down the stairs. "I just discovered something amazing quickly now quickly," Jacqueline said running back up the stairs. "I don't want to go up the stairs though," Eva said with her face muffled on the sofa. Come you big baby I'll carry you up there I said picking up Eva and carrying her up the stairs as we met Jacqueline and Amanda. "Look at what we made," Jacquline said holding up a new sword. "Whoa it looks amazing," Eva said in my arms. We were still focused on the sword and Jaqueline broke the shard that came from the wyvern. And a burst of energy came out from it. Dark energy hit all of us, we stood there thinking we messed up but nothing bad happened. "Maybe a live-up," Chloe said. "I scanned and seeing each of you learned a new move. Chloe you learned to drain, you can slowly drain energy from your target. Rachel you learned a move where you can throw a dark fireball, you can now shoot a light and dark fireball out the tip of your katana. Jacqueline, you can now have a dark form of yourself attack with you. Eva, you seem to have a weird one. You can open a void portal and in doing so, hands will come out and grab your target and hold them down for you. I will need to scan Chris and Tyler to see what there was but for me, I got drain as well." Amanda explained to all of us what our new abilities were. "I wish you hadn't done that Jacqueline, no telling what could have happened," Amanda said slightly annoyed. "Sorry," Jacqueline said turning around to show us something else. "Rachel I made you a better kimono, should give you more protection," Jaqueline said handing me a kimono with flames on it. "Now sadly I can't upgrade your katana since it's already tied to your element but maybe if we fight something with ice or something I can make you something new," Jacqueline said reaching for another item. Jacqueline hands Eva a new outfit as well. "I like it but my stomach is showing and my arms are out, would this be safe for battle?" Eva questioned. "Our battle clothes will work much differently. Once we are them we will be fully protected somewhat. It works like glammed-over armor, now do keep in mind that Rachel and Chris don't need it unless whatever or whoever were going against fire element is much stronger than theirs" Jacqueline confidently said. "Ooo does that mean I could be naked and just wear socks and still be protected?" Eva said with a big smile on her face. "No don't even think about it," Jacqueline said annoyed."I haven't made mine yet but I'll come up with something. Oh also Eva since you just mainly cast magic and use your hands I can't think of anything weapon-wise for you but I'll try and see if I can for you" Jacqueline said before sitting back down and figuring out what to make. "Please can I have naked armor," Eva said pleading. "As long as you promise to only use it for training then yes," Jacqueline said even more annoyed. "DEAL!" Eva said happily. I don't know why Eva is like this but she gets more like this around us, I guess she is just that more comfortable but the fact she's getting more and more lewd is concerning, to say the least. But I didn't pay attention to it, I was too tired from everything that had happened and just wanted to sleep. I and Eva left Jacqueline to her crafting so we could finally sleep but I needed a shower first. After my shower, I dried off and went to put on my clothes but I left them on my bed, I to go get them but then saw Eva sitting on my bed with no clothes on...again. Eva please I said tiredly. "But I wanted to ask you something," Eva said. What is it please make it quick I'm sleepy I asked her. "Do you think I'm being too lewd?" Eva asked. I was surprised she asked me that. I mean I'm used to you but, it's just the fact you want to battle naked. "Why not? I just feel more comfortable doing so and I feel like I can distract more" Eva said happily. Eva let's just keep that to practice, it's not safe for you to do that just out in the open like that people might look and stare and get killed or hurt and I know you don't like when people get hurt especially if you feel like you could have prevented it I told her sitting on the bed next to her. "Yeah, you're right. Alright, sorry for keeping you up. Goodnight sis" Eva said hugging me before leaving my room. I finally was able to put on my onesie and get into bed. The puppy that we got decided to hop in bed with me and sleep.
