"Ryuzara Vermilionflare. Never thought I hear about her. Fight it like you fought Xeno back then, but be ready for its desperation attack." Tuya told us. "Astra-Sakuraryu, come forth," Leona said as we saw a now grown-up version of Astra Sakuraryu. "Damn, already grown well, you just make sure to stay out of danger," Tyler told her as we all engaged with the Ryuzara. "Oh, wait, shit, use your Vulshra outfits," I said as we all switched to them. "Damn it, Jacqueline," I said, noticing she didn't make herself one. "I got tired and also ran out of material," Jacqueline said. "Just don't get burnt, this damn thing is spitting white-hot flames, and it's melting everything," Chris said, avoiding Ryuzara's fireballs. "Why does she have her tail arc like that?"Tyler asked as the Wyvern spun around and a crystal shot out of it, stabbing him, Samantha, and Germaine. "You know, for someone who doesn't use a scythe, you're really good at it," Eva said as she and Nel heal everyone. "This weapon, even though it's dangerous...it speaks to me and feels...calming," Chloe said, striking the Wyvern's tail and dodging the tail as best as possible, but still getting stabbed by the crystal. "EVA!" I yelled out as Ryuzara tried to bite her. Tyler forced its mouth open, and Samantha and Chris blasted it with Samantha's sniper right into the mouth. But even recoiling, the Wyvern still shot a blast at them.
It started spreading its wings and shooting crystals everywhere, hitting everyone, including Leona, who almost fell off her Astra-Sakuraryu. We kept attacking, and she got to the point where she slammed both of her wings down, and her scales started to glow bright red. She then shot five fireballs into the sky, which split into five mini comets each. "Get behind me," Jacqueline said as all of us got behind her as her shield blocked the comets. "Wait, her scales...why do they look like they're mel...Jacqueline, you might want to hold that shield with all your strength," Germaine said as Ryuzara shot a powerful beam at us, pushing us back before stopping and letting out a mighty roar. Its chest and eyes glowed brightly, leaving aftereffects. Its movement was much quicker, and its fire was even hotter. She shot into the air, with her wings open, and did a tornado attack on us four times, leaving burn marks in the ground. She did not want to leave the sky, so we all had to attack her while flying. "Wait, give me your katana," Chris said as I handed him mine. "Roku Yorisue, give me the strength," Chris said as Roku stayed in the katana, but Yorisue went into Chris great sword. Chris lifted both into the air and drew Ryuzara's attention. He then dive-bombed the Wyvern straight into the ground, causing a mini explosion. Once the Wyvern recovered, the air got hotter, and the ground became a ticking time bomb. "The floor is becoming too hot to even stand on. We have to kill it now," Tyler said. All of us charged a blast and blasted the Ryuzara together, killing it.
"Amanda," Chris called out to her over the coms. Many drones arrived and carried away the monster's corpse. "Are we ready to fight her?" I asked everyone. "Let's do it," Tyler said, getting up. We all flew back to the forest and stood there until she showed up again. "I hear her," Samantha said as the snow picked up and then stopped showing her right in front of us. "You did well. Now, if you beat me, I'll join you, but I doubt that even people like you can do so. But before I kill you, my name is Eiryssa Vaelyn, and my horse is Skaelmourn. Are you ready?" She asked her. We heard someone behind, and it was Christian wearing a samurai love mask. "Mind if I join for this? A samurai loves fighting," Christian said, powering up with us. "Then we fight," Eiryssa said, pulling out her Lance. The snow got heavier, and the wind picked up much more. But once we engaged, she disappeared, but we heard a horse nay and saw five lanterns glows."Four fake, one real," Christian said as, one by one, a fake version of her charged us, and then the real one charged, which we hit a lot. She did attack us head-on, but every time she touched one of us too much, we would freeze, needing to be unfrozen. Luckily, Chris, Christian, Samantha, Chloe, and I know fire. We did much more damage, while the others, even though they had fire weapons, only did half as much damage to her. "With how she's fighting, she reminds me of a man on a horse from a fantasy world we know. It's a world you had us go to, Chloe. He only showed up when the weather was right, and it took a whole army to take him down. His reward is his armor, and the attack he can do instantly kills someone. I missed him a lot," Sashi said. "Probably not the best time to relive moments from a game world," Tuya said. After doing much more damage, the snow picked up significantly as we were now in a full-on blizzard with much heavier winds. Her attacks were much faster, and we had to hold on to each other so we wouldn't get lost. I was slowly starting to panic since the snow was suffocating. Something changed her; she started screaming as she was attacking. "I rode as fast as I could...I tried," Eiryssa screamed out. Her lances now started leaving after trails and blowing up around us, and even the ground near us.
Once we did even more, she let out a mighty scream that stunned us all. The storm flickers between violent and eerily calm. Snow freezes midair for brief moments. The sky cracks with pale aurora-light. "I found them too late," She said before charging us again, but her attacks were more wild and easy to dodge. "Am I the only one seeing her village a little bit?" Samantha asked. "No, I see it too. I think we're seeing parts, and there are dead bodies here," Chris said. "Eiryssa, please stop," Eva begged, but Eiryssa yelled no, which made the Snow stop and the wind go silent. She got off her horse and started attacking us. Each of her attacks felt like sadness behind them, while her horse kept chasing us to catch us off guard. As we lowered her health, more of her village was shown to us.
"I will not fail anymore," she said to us as she got back on her horse, but when she got back on her horse, everything went dark, and 8 clocks appeared behind her, slowly counting down. Her chest armor opened, revealing a dark core. "YOU HAVE TO KILL HER NOW!!! Sashi said, panicked. "Give me your energy," Samantha said, pulling out her sniper. The snow got heavier again. "Are you sure about this?" Chris asked. "We got four clocks left, no time," Tyler said, giving his energy to the rest of us. Right before the final clock broke, Samantha shot right through Eiryssa's chest and defeated her, returning the whole forest to normal. "You...defeated me....the storm must end... then so must I," Eiryssa said before falling off her horse as she died.
"Gun...beat everything," Samantha said, falling face-first into the snow and passing out. Leona put her on Astra-Sakuraryu as we walked to Eiryssa's corpse. We first saw a shard that looked very weird, but it flew out of my hand straight to Leona and used its energy on her. "What the..." Oh, I see," Leona said, placing her book on the ground as a circle appeared on the ground. It was a summoning portal that caused Eiryssa to appear on her horse, but now she looked much more normal. She was still ghostly, but her armor was bright silver, and her horse and the horse next to us were back to normal, while her Lance now glowed with holy ice. "So glad you're back to normal," Eva said. "Thank you. " I'm now under your command and will protect you the best I can," Eiryssa told us. You may have my horse and these rewards as well. Hopefully, they help you during battle," Eiryssa said to us before disappearing.
Samantha recovered, but still wobbly, got on top of the horse, and claimed it as hers. The first reward was Eiryssa Lance. Tyler was given it and loved it, especially since it left a snow trail after each swing. Next was her snow cloak. A cloak made from the stabilized storm-mist of her armor. A flowing, aurora-like cloak with drifting snow motes. We gave it to Miriam. "Looks like everything. What should we do now?" Samantha asked. "Target is down right?" Ophelia asked. "Yeah, it is," I told her. "Then come to my place, I need your help with something," Ophelia said.
