Han So Hee. Acclaimed actress. Renowned model. Stunning visual.
Her beauty was something almost other worldly, and there was no shortage of fans for her. Even others in the industry openly admitted their love for the woman, confessing in her Instagram lives or leaving comments on her posts. Yoo Jeongyeon just happened to be one of the many, and yet, out of everyone, she'd managed to somehow capture So Hee's attention. Unbeknownst to Han So Hee, this caused no small amount of tension among the Twice members.
Sana was the first to show her jealousy. The Japanese woman wasn't shy about it either. She pouted and pursed her lips in irritation any time Jeongyeon smiled at her phone, even blatantly snatching Jeongyeon's phone out of her hands and crawling onto her lap one time during a break at one of their dance practices.
"Pay attention to me Jeongyeon-ah!" Sana had whined. Jeongyeon had huffed and puffed in irritation, but she let Sana do as she pleased and they'd spent the rest of their break cuddling and annoying Momo with bad puns.
The next two were Momo and Jihyo. They kept complaining that Jeongyeon didn't want to be friends with them anymore because she was "too busy" with her new friend now. Jeongyeon had told them they were being ridiculous until Jihyo had pointed out it had been almost two weeks since they'd last hung out together outside of any schedules, which was very odd considering Jeongyeon was practically attached at the hip with those two. When she wasn't hanging out with Jihyo, she was usually grabbing food or drinks with Momo.
"I'm sorry," Jeongyeon told them. She immediately planned a weekend long hangout for the three of them at her apartment since Seungyeon was on location filming for a new drama.
Mina's jealousy was much more subtle than anyone else's. The quiet Japanese woman was never one to stir up trouble or speak a bad word of anyone so when she let it slip she didn't like that Jeongyeon kept missing their casual hang outs to go hang out with So Hee instead, Jeongyeon knew she had inadvertently hurt Mina's feelings.
"Minari, you know how important you are to me. I'm sorry that I've been neglecting spending time with you. Can I please make it up to you?"
Mina had just smiled bashfully and nodded her head. Jeongyeon brought her to their favorite arcade where they spent the whole day laughing and trying to beat each other's high scores.
Mina had obviously won most of the matches.
Then there was the school meal club. The three youngest members of Twice had always had a special bond with Jeongyeon; she was like their mother, big sister, and big brother all rolled into one person. Chaeyoung, the bolder one of the trio, brought it to Jeongyeon's attention that she hadn't doted on them and bought them their favorite snacks lately. In Chaeyoung's words: "You've been so busy lately with her. Did you forget about us unnie?"
Well, that cut Jeongyeon quick. When was the last time she and Tzuyu had spent hours on the phone talking about their day? How could she forget to buy Dahyun her favorite chocolates? And since when did she start going days without taking dozens of cute pictures of Chaeyoung that normally filled up her phone's gallery?
